Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Viareggio

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

Laura's accommodation is very nice and furnished with love. There were four of us as a family and we liked it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes is awesome. It is also a good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

We loved everything about this place. Giorgio and the staff were so friendly. Guiseppe any questions I had immediately. The views are stunning, the villa has so much character. I did find having a car helpful, as it is up in the hills and there is not a lot of options for getting around otherwise, but I rented an EV, and was happy to have free charging. I hope to go back someday, it was truly unique.

This is one place, you don't want to pass up. We have never experienced such charming host and hostess so gracious and kind. We didn't have a car, but they were so kind and drove us to Lucca to tour town and gave recommendations. Scenery is gorgeous and breathtaking as climbed on cobbled stones to the top. Washer was very handy and big spacious rooms. I am a collector of Pinocchio, so you need to get the history at Pinocchio Park. You won't go wrong visiting these special people. Thank you so much.

Very pleasant stay in Luca's beautiful villa! It's not easy to find, but Luca was so kind and picked us up. We didn't have breakfast, but we were always offered fresh coffee. In the living room, there is a bar where you can treat yourself to a good glass. The pool is clean, everything is super well maintained and beautifully furnished...with a lot of attention to detail. The restaurants in the small centre are a culinary dream! All in all, have a great stay! Thanks!

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Elena's place to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi. Grazie mille, Elena!

Quiet and peaceful basic space, very nice view, the house is nice, small but functional. Great if you want to spend time relaxing, taking walks and being in touch with nature. Gianni, who welcomed us, was very kind and helpful. There are other private houses and the outdoor spaces are very close, so you are not totally isolated (so the silence also depends on that!). In our case, we met a group of people in the house next door, there for trekking, with their respective dogs.

Perfect apartment as a pied-à-terre for visiting the 5 lands. Very clean, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Federica gave us instructions to park the car nearby on an unpaid parking street which was very appreciated. Very good communication with Federica and nice little touches upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. We would like to especially highlight the hosts: They were incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable at all times. Thanks to their support and hospitality, our holiday was even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place!

Lovely house with a great and well-maintained garden. The pool was amazing and it's very child friendly with various levels. Very nice and friendly hosts who always responded quickly if we had any questions.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

Valentina's house in Montecarlo is very secluded and very quiet and private. We enjoyed the time. It offers optimal connection to many places in the north of Tuscany and is great to find. The front area around the house is fenced and easy to use with a dog (the gate may be too wide for very small dogs). The back area with the pool is fenced, but dogs come under the fence, as the fence only starts at about 20 cm height. There is also an open fence area from the front to the back. For more active dog owners, therefore, it is not optimal, as you have to keep an eye on the dog. Otherwise, it is a wonderful, small, classic Tuscan house and super suitable in warm spring/summer, as the house also stays nice and cold.

We booked Daniela’s house at fairly short notice and she was so accommodating. The place is spacious, clean, and very bright. It has lots of amenities, and we appreciated the parking spaces. Daniela was also very accommodating and let us check in early as our flight arrived in the morning. The area is very accessible to the city with a car or a taxi, and there are great restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is also so close to the airport! Daniela was so responsive to any queries that we had. It made our experience so memorable. This is a fantastic place to stay with a group of friends. The area is very peaceful. I had the pleasure of meeting Daniela as we were leaving and she was even sweeter in person. I highly recommend her place.

Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tuscany! The house was clean, well-furnished and had everything you could need. It is also perfectly located for exploring Pistoia, Pisa, Florence and wider areas in Tuscany. Communication with the hosts was excellent, with Mark and his partner providing a very warm and hospitable welcome. Arranging check-in was very straight-forward and we always felt that they were on hand if needed. We would definitely return again in future and recommend to others 😊

We had a wonderful holiday with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very easily. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment is really large and we lacked nothing. We can well imagine coming back. :)

In a beautiful and stimulating city like La Spezia, Federica's apartment is a faithful reflection of the city. The decor is exquisite, without being pretentious. The spaces are spacious, practical and bright. It had everything you needed for daily needs, comfortable beds, clean towels, and tasty touches: Coffee, olive oil, soap, shampoo. In short, it was an experience worthy of the Dolce Vita.

Good location, nice people.

We were very well received, for my company's birthday we also found a great bottle of prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is very nice, well-kept and large. From the house, in a few minutes, you can reach the port (with beautiful excursions to the Cinque Terre), the station and the centre, with many places for aperitifs or restaurants with excellent value for money. What else to say, really recommended, and again thank you very much for everything!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Incredible stay. The host and his entire family were so lovely and made the entire experience so peaceful. The location is quite tucked away which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery while the host still drove us to and from the train station whenever we needed making it so easy to get around when we wanted to. Would definitely recommend.
