By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

Within walking distance are supermarkets and all the essential shops. Viareggio is ideally located for visiting the cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence, easily reachable also by train. The 5 Terre are also easily accessible by boat, from the port, or by train.

Green Paradise Pool Villa è un rifugio romantico PRENOTABILE SOLO a un MASSIMO di 2 PERSONE MAGGIORENNI. E' una villa singola a Montemagno, a 5 km da Camaiore e a 1 km dai bar e ristoranti. La spiaggia di Viareggio si trova a 18 minuti in macchina così come Lucca e Pisa. Ha un giardino di 400 m2 con una piscina di 7 x 4 m, Ha una bella vista sulle colline verdi e un po' di vista mare dalla camera. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento e parcheggio dentro alla casa.

The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
