In just 5 min walk you will reach pine forest, in 15 min on the seafront. A supermarket within walking distance. Walking distance from the station to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence. For me it is a special place so I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility with your loved ones!

It is located just a few meters from the train station and the walled city of Lucca. Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Modern furnishings, with all the comforts. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

UNIQUE apartment furnished with care and attention, offers high ceilings and lots of natural light. Equipped with WiFi and Private Parking, it is located in a super central and quiet position: - 2 minutes walk from the walls - 5 minutes from the motorway exit (Lucca Est) - 20 minutes walk from the train station - 2 minutes from supermarkets, and restaurants. It is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Lucca and the nearby cities.

Borgo Metato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
