Holiday rentals with beach access in Viareggio

This apartment is a gem in Viareggio. Perfect distance to beach (and the train). The new bathrooms are wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and Anne was responsive and helpful.

We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

This studio apartment is very close to the sea and all shops and cafes making it a great place to stay .

It was one of the best accommodations! A nice, beautiful house with all the amenities and instructions. The hosts are very friendly people, they will always help and advise, they take care of the comfort for the guests, even better than in an expensive hotel! It was delightful, a place 7 minutes from the sea, you can see beautiful sunsets. Very well-maintained area, apricot tree and beautiful surroundings! I look forward to meeting again, I did not want to leave, I was very comfortable!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and to have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. Everything we needed was there and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxed time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

We had a wonderful five days at Maria Grazia's! The place is beautiful and the view dazzling. It's very peaceful and sleeps very well. Maria Grazia is very attentive and responsive. We were perfectly welcomed. The garden is nice for everyone, including our dog. We really enjoyed the outdoor pizza oven! The location is both quiet and close to Lerici on foot. Lerici and the surrounding villages have nothing to envy to the Cinque Terre as they are beautiful and far from the crowds;) We would totally recommend this listing.

My friends and I stayed at Lisa’s for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The view is incredible and the pool was perfect to take a dip in on a hot summers day. Lisa and her husband were very friendly and knew lots about the area. The pizza oven was a real highlight for us. If we are back in Pisa we will definitely be staying here. 100% recommend!

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

Very nice and functional apartment! Excellent location very close to the beaches and for us who arrived by train, it was also very convenient to the station. The washing machine is very much appreciated! Alessio is always very helpful and responsive! Recommended on all fronts!

Very cute appartement! Conveniently located, close to a big supermarket and not far from both the train station and the city center. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time. She also provided us with some toiletries and towels! We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Antonella's and Luigi's house is in a nice residental area with a beautiful garden which guests can use. Parking was easy in front of the house. Antonella and Luigi are very welcoming and great hosts. Comunication was easy and fast. The appartement offers everything one needs and I liked it very much. There are several free beaches easily reachable by foot or car (free parking). Carrara is a good location for sightseeing as the highway is close as well as the train station. I highly recommend their place and would love to come back one day.

Super nice apartment. Everything you need. We were warmly welcomed. There were welcome drinks, snacks to eat such as pasta, basil, tomatoes, cornflakes for the children, spices, coffee, etc. We lacked nothing, there was even a hand vacuum cleaner. The location was great, there was a possibility to park the car for free on the street. We have rarely been in such a well-equipped apartment.

The appartement was a very peaceful and cosy place for a stop during our bikepacking trip, where we could rest and enjoy cooking our own dinner, while having a supermarket 5min away by feet ! They also have a great garage to store the bikes for the night 🚲😊
