Holiday rentals with beach access in Viareggio

Brand new, modern, very spacious apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. In a peaceful (no traffic noice) but convenient location with a nice view of the boats from the terrace.

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Marina is a very kind, helpful and uncomplicated hostess. The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and nothing is missing. location is perfect! A few steps from the sea. The complex in this beautiful historic building is closed, so we were also able to store our standup boards well in the garden. Anyone who loves long beaches, sea, vastness and beautiful sunsets will get their money's worth here. Many thanks!!

Francesco and Mari's place is very bright, the sea view and proximity to the beach are really nice. The fact that there is a parking space is a very big plus because it is almost impossible to park because few places and really a lot of people during our visit on a weekend in May. The center of the village and the port are a 10/15 minute walk , by a walk that runs along the sea , which is very pleasant, and secure. There are restaurants, terraces, shops, castle, and the pier for the Cinque Terre boat. Porto Venere is a very charming village. Just on the street in front of the apartment there are 3 restaurants, ice cream parlour, bar, so very easy to actually be on vacation and not to cook! We met Francesco when we arrived, who is a very warm host, everything is simple with him , he loves his area and gives all the information and good recommendations.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Very good communication with Francesco who is "thoughtful". The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

The house is tidy, clean. Mariangela immediately welcomed us with very clear directions and warm welcome to the house. The location is great, the house is equipped with any comfort. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but away from the noise of the center. I'd be happy to come back if I'm in the area. The only downside: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being everywhere for a fee. We parked and didn't move the car anymore.

Would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and if you like the classic Tuscany style, You’ll feel right at home. The view from the balcony is also a gift to wake up to.

The four of us spent a wonderful vacation in La Caletta. The apartment is perfectly equipped (from all imaginable kitchen utensils, to the pizza oven in the garden - for which we were provided with extra wood to fire by Riccardo - up to the shampoo and shower room) and the view simply absurdly beautiful. The stairs were named often enough and fortunately were not an obstacle for us. Maria has equipped us with very extensive tips for the area and in the apartment itself there are again some hiking guides and information material for the region - in addition to the travel booklet written by Maria herself. Hiking, Vespa or boating - everything was equally beautiful!Communication with Maria was always prompt and very friendly. It was our most beautiful apartment so far and we will miss our daily ice cream and the breathtaking views of the bay!

A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sarah's apartment in Portovenere. From the moment we booked, Sarah was friendly, approachable and always quick to respond to any questions or queries that we had. Making the whole experience smoot and stress-free. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, comfortable and perfectly located, with absolutely stunning views of the bay. Waking up to that view every morning was a real highlight of our stay. The location was ideal for fully exploring not just Portovenere but La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. However, because it is slightly tucked away from the main village it was peaceful enough to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. What made our stay even more special was Sarah's invitation to lunch at her vineyard on the bank holiday. It was a unique and memorable experience. It really showed how much care and attention Sarah puts into making her guests feel welcome. We highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive.
