Recently renovated in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, it offers an unique setting, ideal location for families, couples or friends!

Typical local cottage with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and private courtyard for dining al fresco. We host up to 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on a large sofa bed in the living room, both with Air Cond. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and the covered courtyard. All is within walking distance: supermarket 3', bus 4', station 7', restaurant 7', market 12'. In less than 15' you arrive on the beach through the pine forest. A cosy and tastefully furnished space.

The apartment overlooks the promenade, has a breathtaking view and is within the Carnival circuit, guaranteeing a front-row seat at the parade. It has two double suites, one with a walk-in closet, two bathrooms and a charming loft with armchairs. The living area consists of a kitchen, sofa, TV, and dining table for 6. The house has two terraces overlooking the Apuan Alps, the one on the roof is equipped with a table and barbecue. There is a washing machine and an outdoor sink.
