Holiday rentals with beach access in Viareggio

Great place close to the beach, restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything you might need. Nicola was a great host, accepted our stay last minute and was very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Ho soggiornato con altre 3 amiche nell’appartamento di Susanna. Tutto nuovo e pulito. Spazi ampi e arredati con gusto. Posizionato nel quartiere Venezia, tranquillo, ma pieno di posticini per mangiare e bere. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Helena for her warm help! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Marina ist eine sehr liebenswürdige, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt! Wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Die Anlage in diesem schönen historischen Gebäude ist abgeschlossen, so dass wir im Garten auch gut unsere Standupbretter aufbewahren konnten. Wer lange Strände, Meer, Weite und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge liebt, kommt hier voll auf die Rechnung. Vielen, herzlichen Dank!!

Le logement proposé par Francesco et Mari est très lumineux, la vue mer et la proximité de la plage sont vraiment très agréable. Le fait qu’il y ait une place de parking est un très gros plus car il est quasiment impossible de se garer car peu de places et vraiment beaucoup de monde lors de notre visite un week-end de mai. Le centre du village et le port sont à 10/15 mn à pieds , par une promenade qui longe la mer , ce qui est très agréable, et sécurisé. On y trouve les restaurants, terrasses, boutiques, château, et l’embarcadère pour le bateau des Cinque Terre . Porto Venere est un village très charmant. Juste dans la rue devant l’appartement il y a 3 restaurants, glacier, bar, donc très facile d’être réellement en vacances et de ne pas cuisiner ! Nous avons rencontré Francesco à notre arrivée, qui est un hôte très chaleureux, tout est simple avec lui , il adore sa région et donne toutes les informations et bonnes recommandations.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Tres bonne communication avec Francesco qui est aux "petits soins". Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Pise, les Cinque Terre. Il est également bien équipé. La literie est de bonne qualité.

La casa ordinata, pulita. Mariangela ci ha accolti sin da subito con indicazioni chiarissime e caloroso benvenuto in casa. La posizione è ottima, la casa è dotata di qualsiasi comfort. Siamo stati benissimo! Super consigliata!

it was a very good place and location

La "Casetta" di Alessandra si trova a pochi passi dalla bella spiaggia di Lido di Camaiore in una zona molto tranquilla ed è ideale per chi cerca un posto dove potersi riposare e che sia vicino al mare. Da qui in circa 30 minuti è possibile raggiungere la bella Pisa e Lucca che meritano sempre una visita. La casa è a schiera ed è composta da un piano terreno dove è presente la zona living con un ampio terrazzo, al primo piano troviamo invece 2 camere da letto. I bagni sono 2, uno per piano. Nel piccolo giardino c'è per chi vuole la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto. Alessandra gestisce la casa in maniera impeccabile, ogni cosa è pulita, profumata ed al suo posto. È estremamente raro trovare questo tipo di location ed host così gentili e disponibili. Per qualsiasi cosa si è dimostrata sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Appartamento confortevole e comodo per i miei genitori poichè privo di scale, pulito, ordinato, non mancava nulla. L'accoglienza calorosa dei genitori di Giacomo ha fatto iniziare il soggiorno nel migliore dei modi, sono persone fantastiche che si prendono cura dei loro ospiti in tutto e per tutto.

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Esperienza molto positiva. Casa ben organizzata e pulita, vicina al mare ma lontana dal rumore del centro. Tornerei volentieri se fossi in zona. Unica pecca: può non essere facile trovare parcheggio, pur essendo ovunque a pagamento. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato e non abbiamo più spostato la macchina.

Petit coin de paradis niché dans les collines, avec une vue splendide ! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement si vous recherchez le charme, la déconnection, l’authenticité! Gloria est une hôte accueillante, super réactive, on sent qu’elle fait les choses avec le cœur!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Casa La Caletta, the view is absolutely out of this world. The marina in Lerici is walkable but it is a bit steep and will help you wear off any calories on the way up. We could not have imagined a better location from which to explore cinque terra and other parts of this region. We walked into Lerici and took ferries all the way to Cinque Terra quite easily but also found Lerici an attraction in and of itself. The host was one of the best we have had. Would definitely return.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment chez Lola. Son accueil a été facile et très convivial, très simple à joindre quand nous avons eu des questions. L'appartement est chaleureux et atypique, sa localisation juste parfaite pour un week end en amoureux, idéalement placé dans le village et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. et nous avons pu visiter les 5 terres tres facilement en bateau à partir de Lerici et en train à partir de La Spezzia. des voyages comme on les aime :-) Merci encore

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sarah's apartment in Portovenere. From the moment we booked, Sarah was friendly, approachable and always quick to respond to any questions or queries that we had. Making the whole experience smoot and stress-free. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, comfortable and perfectly located, with absolutely stunning views of the bay. Waking up to that view every morning was a real highlight of our stay. The location was ideal for fully exploring not just Portovenere but La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. However, because it is slightly tucked away from the main village it was peaceful enough to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. What made our stay even more special was Sarah's invitation to lunch at her vineyard on the bank holiday. It was a unique and memorable experience. It really showed how much care and attention Sarah puts into making her guests feel welcome. We highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Appartamento ordinato e pulito. Si trova in una zona molto comoda di San Terenzo, vicino al mare e al supermercato. Il posto auto vicino alla casa è un grande plus. Oste (Fondazione Manlio Canepa) chiara nella comunicazione, celere e proattiva.

Piacevole soggiorno, Matteo molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento tutto come da descrizione, ottima posizione, ottimo avere il parcheggio. Tutti i servizi e la spiaggia sono a pochi passi, condominio super tranquillo. Grazie ancora

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)
