Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Lucca

Simona is very friendly and helpful, she provided us with useful information for eating and getting around the area; the bicycles provided are very useful. Small but very clean apartment, large bathroom with hygiene essentials, comfortable double bed and bedroom with well soundproofed fixtures; convenient parking in the internal courtyard and easy to get to both the renowned central area of Viareggio and the equipped or free beaches (very beautiful and wild those further south). Great base for visiting the area.

The accommodation is in a separate area, making it very quiet and pleasant. Private access to the beach is also great. The apartment itself is cozy, though not too large. For our holiday of 5 nights with a small child, however, sufficient. You should only be prepared for the mosquitoes when getting out of the car in the private parking lot. In the apartment, there are fly nets on the windows and mosquito spray/plugs, so that was not a problem. Natalia is a great host, always responds quickly and helps with problems. We would definitely recommend the accommodation!

The apartment is spacious, well furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. Marsela was very kind and very helpful. Parking is easy in the surrounding area and the port is a 10-minute walk away. We are very satisfied and should we return to Viareggio we would gladly return to Marsela

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. The apartment was clean, cosy and in a very convenient location! The Viareggio promenade was just a few steps away, the bar downstairs was perfect for breakfast and aperitifs, and less than a ten-minute walk away there was a supermarket and countless services. Laura was immediately kind and helpful, we organised ourselves easily and quickly for check-in and she gave me great advice on how to get around the area.

Great location, and the apartment has a charming retro vibe with plenty of original 80s furniture. It’s a great value for the price!

It was one of the best accommodations! A nice, beautiful house with all the amenities and instructions. The hosts are very friendly people, they will always help and advise, they take care of the comfort for the guests, even better than in an expensive hotel! It was delightful, a place 7 minutes from the sea, you can see beautiful sunsets. Very well-maintained area, apricot tree and beautiful surroundings! I look forward to meeting again, I did not want to leave, I was very comfortable!

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Francesca and Fabio will give you a warm welcome upon arrival. Villa Jenny is within walking distance of the train station, beach, supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlour, bike rental and nice restaurants. The house is cozily decorated and offers everything you need. The roof terrace is ideal for a private breakfast or reading a book. There's a washing machine & dryer available. So you don't need to bring a lot of clothes. There is plenty of linen available. In short: a fantastic place to discover beautiful Tuscany (by train).

We had a good time, convenient to find, very close parking. We were out of season for a peaceful area.

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.

We had great week at Gabriele's place. the apartment is compact but has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen with good quality and clean utensils, a spacious shower, a wide bed, lots of storage space, and great big windows that let in daylight and a nice breeze. Gabriele was kind to also offer a high chair and a cot for our baby. The building is in a fantastic location, walking distance between the park and the beach, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has an elevator which was handy with our luggage and stroller! The flat was clean and Gabriele was a responsive host. It was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

We had an amazing stay at Iacopo's place with our two kids. It has an amazing view to the sea and mountains, even better than what it seems on the photos. We loved that it is very close to the beach and there are many good restaurants nearby. The private parking is great and very close to the building. The apartment was well equipped and clean.

The perfect place! Three full bathrooms, 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, centrally located but quiet at night. Will definitely stay again.
