I recommend this accommodation, if you want to get to know Tuscany in its very essence. The place is beautiful, it has everything nearby! Paolo welcomed us very kindly and was always there for us! A patio with a barbecue that is a breath of fresh air for the afternoons, children and pets! Mattresses and shower that for us is the main thing on long journeys, great! I would definitely stay here again. I loved it. Thanks and see you next time!

We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

We loved everything about this place. Giorgio and the staff were so friendly. Guiseppe any questions I had immediately. The views are stunning, the villa has so much character. I did find having a car helpful, as it is up in the hills and there is not a lot of options for getting around otherwise, but I rented an EV, and was happy to have free charging. I hope to go back someday, it was truly unique.

We stayed in this beautiful house, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. Beautiful garden also equipped with barbecue and terrace with a fantastic view, great for lunches and dinners. We thank Manola and her husband for the exquisite hospitality, kindness, availability and for making us spend a wonderful vacation.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Elena's place to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi. Grazie mille, Elena!

Everything you’d need, Jan friendly and helpful. Apartment well equipped & well located with a good supermarket a minute away with the heart of Lucca two minutes away. Happy to recommend this apartment to other people wanting to stay in Lucca.

The prettiest AirBnb we've seen. A charming old house and stunning views and surroundings and the close by town up on the hill was cute and suprisingly peaceful, no tourist crowds as in many other Tuscan towns. Elizabetta was kind and welcoming. Pizzeria Lino in Castiglione di Garfagnana is great!

We had a very good stay in this very well-appointed, clean and wooded villa. The place is perfect and our privacy was respected.

I can agree with the other reviews, we had a wonderful holiday here. Jonny and Susanne are very warm, helpful hosts and have put a lot of heart and soul into the renovation of the old farmhouse. Our highlights: - High quality of the furnishings - Clean pool with perfect temperature for cooling off - Comfortable beds - Great view - Varied breakfast - Top outdoor kitchen - E-bikes with a lot of power, it was really fun They also had a lot of insider tips for excursions and restaurants. It was an unforgettable holiday for us ☺️ In the evening, the insects come, but the whole house has fly screens and outside there is an evaporator against mosquitoes, so you can sit outside on the warm summer nights without being bitten and watch the fireflies 🥰

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

Extremely positive experience, perfect apartment for two couples with a possible child, the two bedrooms with their own bathroom, are symmetrical with respect to the living room, and each with its own sliding door that isolates the sleeping area with bathroom. Spacious and comfortable living room, well furnished. Giada's mother, who checked in, is a person of exquisite kindness and helpfulness. At check-out, I also met the father and realised that care and kindness are a family gift! The apartment is 200 metres from the centre of Pietrasanta, a very beautiful town! ...I liked it more than Forte dei Marmi, which is 6 km away.

Excellent stay at Luigi. Colloni is very well located for shining in Tuscany for 1 week. 40 km from Pisa, 15 from Lucca, 60 from Florence, 80 from Siennes and San gimignano.

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything that overlooks the slopes , the woods and a stream. The ideal for a relaxing but also active vacation, given the possibility of walks and trekking nearby. Great pizzeria/restaurant a few steps away. Communication with Luca was always fast and efficient, with tips on things to do and see. I'll be back very gladly. Highly recommended!

The place is very nice and well located. The sea and a super nice beach can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or very quickly by car. There are many parking options next to the beach. Barbara was so nice and lent us the bikes. The apartment is very nice and has everything for a stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with the family. The apartment is very well equipped, everything complies with the photos. The private terrace and the pool were very much appreciated. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. Good hospitality from Damiano and his mother. This is ideal for a stay in the Tuscan mountain.

The hostess responds almost immediately, the possibility of arranging the time of arrival and departure. Possibility of parking behind the gate, I parked my larger car at the fence in front of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room. Complete silence at night. Definitely recommended
