The bathroom features a Velux skylight, which promotes good natural ventilation. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, including a dishwasher. There is a bike rental shop about 600 metres away, the beach is 1.2 km away, and the train station is 1.5 km away.

We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.
