Holiday rentals with breakfast in Venetian Lagoon

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus! Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie hat uns mit einem selbstgebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht, und der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft bereits befüllt – sogar Kaffee war vorhanden. In der Küche hat es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Der Garten war riesig und einfach perfekt für unsere Hunde, die viel Platz zum Herumtollen hatten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super – der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit und lässt sich gut erreichen. Der einzige Minuspunkt waren die Betten, die leider recht unbequem waren. Aber alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen, besonders für Hundebesitzer!

The place was even a bit better than I expected. I didn't realize that it could potentially sleep 5 and that they had actually stocked some food and water etc in the fridge as well. It's a pleasant place and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Antonio oli erittäin ystävällinen ja miellyttävä isäntä, joka suositteli meille kiinnostuksemme mukaisia päiväretkikohteita. Huoneisto oli siisti ja vastasi kuvausta. Aamupala oli runsas ja huoneet siistit. Rauhallinen pikkukaupunki, josta on helppo retkeillä autolla esimerkiksi Dolomiiteille. Suosittelen!

We had a wonderful holiday in Beatrice’s place. It is perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Venice but, as with everywhere in Venice, it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The vaporetto stop is very close by. There are nice little bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Beatrice was a very responsive host. She actually came to meet us when we arrived at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way to the flat. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I would certainly stay there again. In fact, I am already booked in for next year. Thank you, Beatrice.

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

The accommodation was exceptional, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hosts' hospitality was outstanding, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience. you can expect a truly memorable stay thanks to the hosts' dedication and the property's superb features.

Everything was very nice. The apartment meet my expectations, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessaries. It is very nice decorated, music theme :) It a great option for two persons, you have enough space and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The host was politely, responsive and helpful :)

I haaf a really great time at Giusseppe’s place, it was super easy to find / park, the check in was extremly easy he asked me in advance when will I arrive and was spot on. The place is quiet and the appartment is well equiped you can wash as well. He also prepared a tiny breakfast but there is a grocery in about 5 min drive so starving is impossible😉 . Also worth to mention thst he was always helpfull whenewer I had a question / request. So I can highly recommend his place and service!

Grand appartement bien équipé (mais sans lave vaisselle même si ce n'est pas un problème). Literie confortable. A noter que c'est au troisième étage sans ascenseur (mais pas un problème pour nous). Enfin très bonne accessibilité pour Venise. Merci à Alessio et Chiara pour leur accueil. Fortement recommandé.

Wir haben uns zu dritt im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sehr sauber, alles Notwendige war vorhanden, die ruhige Lage und der Parkplatz im Innenhof waren sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön und komplett eingerichtet und es gibt eine schöne große Terrasse mit Tisch und Grill sowie zwei Balkone. Der selbstständige Check-in zu später Stunde war auch problemlos und sehr nützlich. Wir konnten zu Fuß sehr bequem in die Innenstadt von Padova gelangen. Vorab haben wir von Silvana viele nützliche Infos per Mail erhalten, sie war bei Nachfragen außerdem immer schnell erreichbar. Beim Check-out haben wir ihren Sohn Marco kennengelernt. Beide sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Casa Canal e’ una location perfetta per soggiornare a Venezia, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni ma fuori dalla confusione. Angela è una padrona di casa presente e molto disponibile, la sua casa è una vera perla. Assolutamente consigliata.

Diana a été d'excellents conseils pour les bons plans, très agréable et son logement est parfaitement isolé. Rue un peu bruyante car sur le passage vers le pont Rialto mais c'est le cas pour quasi toutes les rues à Venise.

Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, hat sich um alles gekümmert und bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen. Des Weiteren gab es viele gute und es wurde für das Wohlbefinden alles getan. Bei der späten Ankunft stand eine Oster-Überraschung (ein traditionelles Schokoladen-Ei) auf dem Esstisch und im Kühlschrank stand ein gekühlter Prosecco. Zudem gab es Toast, Eier, Schinken und Käse. Es gab eine Espressomaschine mit wirklich leckeren Espresso. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Frisches Duschgel, Shampoo sowie Handtücher gab es ebenfalls vom Gastgeber. Die Umgebung rund um das Apartment war unglaublich schön. Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof betrug ca.15 Minuten. Ein schöner entspannter Spaziergang. Insgesamt ein großes DANKE und eine klare Empfehlung. Mehr Wohlfühlen geht nicht.

L'alloggio è dietro la Basilica del Santo, a piedi si raggiunge qualsiasi posto di interesse in 10/15 minuti, ci si dimentica la macchina e si gode della scoperta della città a piedi. Supermercati, bar e ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Anna è stata molto cortese, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di anticipare il check in e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie al ns soggiorno partendo dal parcheggio. Appartamento che sicuramente consiglierei a chi vuole visitare la città stando in centro, ma in zona tranquilla :)

La casa di Andrea ci è piaciuta molto. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla Fenice, San Marco e dal vaporetto. L'ambiente è accogliente e sopratutto molto pulito. Andrea è un host super attento e disponibile, le indicazione per raggiungere l'appartamento sono state davvero preziose. Lo consiglio!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Marilia, de quoi petit déjeuner avait été placé dans les placards et le frigo ce qui était très appréciable De plus elle a également accepté de garder nos bagages avant que nous reprenions notre train Merci pour l’accueil, l’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les ruelles de Venise

Stare da Elide è come stare a casa. Il BbB in effetti si compone di due stanze e un piccolo ingresso dove si trova la macchina del caffè e dove viene servita la colazione (che però deve consumarsi in camera perchè non c'è un tavolo o area colazione). La stanza è piccola (come scritto nella descrizione. Quella in cui ho alloggiato è ottima per una persona sola a mio avviso. Elide si prende cura degli ospiti e risponde a tutte le richieste ed esigenze. Per me è un valore aggiunto stare "davvero" a casa di qualcuno e non in grosse strutture o finte case adibite solo ad affitti turistici. Dipende da cosa si cerca!

Ons verblijf hier was echt geweldig, ontzettend genoten! De B&B is gevestigd in een rustigere buurt wat erg prettig is. De meeste bekende toeristische highlights zijn goed te lopen qua afstanden vanaf de B&B. Ontbijt kan vanaf 8 uur worden geserveerd. Dit word geserveerd op een klein karretje en word voor je deur gezet. Toen we hadden gevraagd of er in de stad een mogelijkheid was om te wassen gaf Antonella aan dat dat lastig kon worden op een zondag, ze stelde zelf voor dat zij onze was kon doen. Nogmaals, geweldige locatie en goede service! Ik zou zeker nog eens terug komen! :)

Notre séjour chez Antonio à été très agréable. Son appartement est très bien situé à 6 minutes à pieds de la gare et juste à côté du grand canal. Antonio à ete très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Merci !!!

Very nice B&B with a very friendly family. Howard was beautiful and spotless clean with a nice small garden/terase where we were welcomed to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was also very good and varied with eggs, toast, home made Italian salads, butter, jams, fresh fruits and large variety of sweet patisseries. Also good Italian coffee, milk, yogurt and orange juice was served. Position was very good with private parking included and immediate proximity to the direct bus to Venice (45 min by bus till Piazza Roma). The only inconvenient is that there was no wardrobe or closet available for us, everything being already filled with clothes and other things of the host, so we needed to keep everything in our bags. However we only stayed 2 days so it was not such a big inconvenience, but for a longer stay that might be frustrating.

Es war alles fein und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Lage der Unterkunft (wenn man zur biennale will) ist top!

L'alloggio era molto ordinato ed estremamente pulito. Stefania è stata sempre premurosa ed attenta nei miei confronti. La località è tranquilla e silenziosa. La posizione però è più indicata per chi ha la disponibilità di un'autovettura. Il bagno, confortevole e pulitissimo, sebbene ad uso esclusivo, si trova fuori dalla camera ma adiacente. unico piccolo neo, almeno per me che ne faccio uso prima di addormentarmi, era l'assenza di una TV in camera. Il giudizio complessivo è però ampiamente positivo.

Notre séjour chez Alessandro a été parfait. L'accueil dès le matin est très pratique. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Alessandro mais il est réactif par message. La chambre est spacieuse et propre et le lit confortable. Le jacuzzi est très sympa pour se détendre le soir. Petit déjeuner très bon. Plein de petites attentions et recommandations qui font la différence !
