Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Venetian Lagoon

Every morning they cleaned the bathroom, so it was always spotless. It is close to the train station, so I was able to walk without problems. Alessandro also asked me about my tastes and gave me a lot of recommendations. Excellent accommodation.

Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

Was a great experience. We flew in late and Diego’s place was less than 10 min drive from the Venice Airport. He was extremely responsive even as we checked in past 10 PM and made sure we were able to get inside. Area was really quiet and if you’re looking for restaurants it may be a little bit of drive. The room was really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was simple but homey, some bread, coffee and other simple breakfast snacks for the morning. Thank you Diego!

This place is amazing, great location, exactly what you want! The host Andrea, and his wife are extremely kind and were very hospitable. The breakfasts were amazing in the garden, and the host gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendation and places to walk around in Venice. This place is a hidden Gem!

Really perfect stay! The property is easy to find, located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Several typical restaurants can be reached comfortably on foot or in a few minutes by car, so the location is also great for those who want to discover the local flavors. The rooms are new, furnished with taste and attention to detail, very welcoming and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is rich and with excellent quality products, perfect for starting the day well. We also really appreciated the flexibility of check-in and the prompt responses from the host, always available and kind. We really felt at home. Highly recommended!

When other Airbnb users rated this stay as "my best stay" we really didn't expect it to be this good. Although me and my 2 girlfriends are on this journey with our concerns, Mauro is definitely the sweetest, helpful, meticulous, understanding, generous and friendly person you will ever encounter in your life. This was absolutely our best stay. Felt at home. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent and filling. Mauro even brewed us coffee every morning. He helped us set up the route and had prepared files where you can find everything you need with his own hands. Transportation to the center of Venice was very easy and fast. A place and host that you should definitely experience and will never be dissatisfied! I will be back...

Very responsive. Easy to get to Venice.

We are very happy that we found Maurizio for a place to stay. Already in the beginning the host was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfasts and the coffee was perfetto :-) the apartment was very clean and everything is new and modern. Maurizio and the family helped us a lot by many questions what to visit, where to go, recomendations. Grazie! :-)

Nicely located between Mestre main square for bars restaurants, and train station where we rented car on departure and close to bus stop for Venice. Room was very comfortable, great bed, pristine bathroom and place was very secure. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and had obviously put a lot of work into creating their B&B.

Francesco and Sara are very friendly and genuine. They welcomed us home and explained everything you needed to know for a pleasant visit to Venice and its surroundings. The house is a typical Venetian villa and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cigliegina on the cake at the end of the stay was a demonstration of one of his musical inventions; ask him to learn more. Highly recommended host for kindness and availability! We'll see you again!

Beautiful b&b! Great renovation, inside and out, furnished and equipped with good taste. Located in a very quiet street in Chioggia, a city I did not know and that I really liked. Super breakfast, with great fresh products and lots of variety. I've already recommended this B&B to my friends. And when I return to Chioggia, it will definitely be the place I want to go back to!
