Holiday rentals with beach access in Venetian Lagoon

Gilberto was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout and helpful with all requests. The apartment is bigger than the photos make out and you cannot beat the location. Having two showers was handy after a day on the beach with multiple people wanting to freshen up. The balcony is a great spot for people watching, especially at night when the road outside is pedestrianised. We had a lovely stay.

Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. We moved into the apartment as a family of 4, one child 13, the other 11. Both children slept on a sofa bed, which was a little small for both of them. From the description, we assumed that this was a beachfront apartment with sea views. The apartment was located on the side of the first floor in the property, so no sea view was possible. The apartment has a terrace that is in the shade all day. The apartment is still very centrally located and can be parked in a modern and super clean underground garage. Everything was provided. An electric coffee maker was not provided. But many good cafes were nearby. We could even jump into a really nice and clean pool, which is located directly on the beach and is certainly a highlight in the summer.

Beautiful apartment, in a great location. Giorgio was a great host, who made staying there very easy. Would definitely stay there again, cannot recommend highly enough.

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

It’s a very nice place

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

We were there over New Year's Eve and very satisfied. The apartment is in a prime location and is just perfect. Eva and her husband are very, very nice and are always available to help. Just a perfect vacation.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Cinzia is a really kind and helpful lady. The house is impeccable and cozy with all the comforts for a comfortable stay. There were 4 of us and a small dog. By the way, Cinzia is really pet-friendly. Kind of like being home. On Via Bafile. I mean, highly recommended.

This place in Jesolo surprised us a lot, it didn't even feel like it was in Jesolo. House well located in a very quiet area and with lots of greenery around it is located in a beautiful area especially. Super nice neighbors, what to say is one of those places you would like to come back right away not to mention the design of the house and the cleanliness and the immense space there is. If you want to spend a small vacation in Jesolo or a weekend in tranquility, I recommend this place.
