Double Room In Boutique Style Hotel With BKFST

Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

Villa Green Marine 04

Two-family apartment with private garden and private parking-place. On the groundfloor there is a living-room with cooking coin and sofa bed for two people, a bathroom. On the first floor a room with doublebed and bunkbed, another room with two single bed, another bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. Apartment reserved for families, groups of young people are not accepted. No pets allowed.

Superior Chalet

Elegant and spacious, it is the top of the range of our homes, with airy rooms that will make your holiday special. It consists of two large bedrooms - a double and a triple with two single beds plus a flag - and two full bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. The accommodation is completed by a living room with an equipped kitchen and a comfortable wooden veranda furnished with table and chairs, perfect for the relaxation of the whole family.

Our Double rooms are equipped with king size bed double bed ot twin beds (let us kno with a message your preference). Provided with: private bathroom with shower, linen (including 2 pillow cases, double bed sheets, and double duvet), 2 towels, Wi-Fi and A/C included in the rates. Standard Room

Standard room with air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with Sky channels, Nespresso coffee machine, fresh fruit, free Wi-Fi. Including parking space, bicycles and in the summer, the property offers you a dressing room, umbrella and 2 sun loungers included in the price. We are 60 km. from Venice, reachable by public transport in an hour and a half. Breakfast at € 5.00 per person per day.
