Condo holiday rentals in Venetian Lagoon

Such a great AirBnb experience! The location was in a central area and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the management so helpful! They helped arranged our transportation to and from the condo which took a lot of stress off on me to figure out transfers! Highly recommend!

Spacious apartment in the district outside the old town. There is an excellent bus connection (stop 200 meters walk, contactless payment, max 20 minutes). The biggest plus for us is private parking in front of the door. We did not meet Elio in person but through the app he was very friendly and inquired during our stay how we were doing. Apartment is clean and nicely decorated. There are several restaurants within walking distance. For us, it was the perfect place to stay in Venice.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Bruno's place is so beautiful, it truly feels like you are being welcomed into his family's home. The place is private and spacious, whilst feeling very secure. The photos don't do it justice. Bruno has thought and provided everything you would need whether it's personal cleaning amenities, breakfast (Italian coffee!), or things to help make the stay even more comfortable (citronella for the mozzies!) Bruno as a host was so friendly from the moment we booked, and was very communicative to ensure we were prepared for our stay. The big double windows facing the water are just divine to sit and read a book, or just watch people and boats go by. You can tell the home is well loved and cared for, and you will not be disappointed in booking Bruno's place.

What can we say about this apartment other than it’s perfect. It doesn’t look like it would be this perfect from the pictures, but it’s amazingly located. 2 great restaurants a few steps from the front door. And a grocery store on the corner too. Not to mention that the normal tourist spots were only a 2 minute walk, but around the apartment it is not crowded. A true hidden gem. Highly recommend this place. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Venice.

Gino was super nice. We had some hiccups for the check in and we checked in 1 day later, he refunded part of the payment out of goodwill. Super nice man! He even prepared some fruit juice and water for us and also Venice pass for us to enter the historical part without tourist taxes. His place was also just 4 bus stops away from Venice mestres, walkable as well (about 1km?) His place is also super near to Venice historical centre, just about 10-15 mins bus ride away. He is super proactive and gives tips to navigate around the city. Recommends anyone that’s coming to Venice! Thanks Gino

Good place. Close to the train station (10 min walk). The host is flexible with the check-in and check-out. The place was neat, tidy and clean. Recommended

We loved staying at her apartment. It had everything we needed and it was just 4 min walking to the bus stop to go to Venice. The apartment was super clean and it matched with the pictures of the website. We will come again to this cozy apartment!

Alvise's place was great, no complaints. It's kind of like a studio with a bedroom on one side separated by a room divider. The single bed was a couch folded into a bed, but very comfortable for a large adult. Overall the place was clean and it was comfortable. Ideally suited for those who will be away from the house for most of the day. For the DIY Travellers: We used public transport throughout, from the Airport there are a number of options. Once you arrive, search for Zenzerino resturant, the apartment is just a few steps away. We used a Venice pass which was 25 Euro and the bus from the airport which was 10 Euro or 18 for a return. Alvise's place is perfectly situated for a quick, 10 minute commute to Venice and the bus drops you off right at the station -directly opposite the entrance to Venice. The place was comfortable and exactly what we wanted. We will absolutely book the Airbnb again, Alvise was also great to help us with tips and recommendations. Dont delay, just book it!

Great place in the center of everything.

We loved the apartment, the natural light during the day and the balcony like a garden. Well designed and spacious. Contemporary design furniture, minimal kitchen. It could be our home! Walking distance to the city center but better take the tram. Secure parking in the courtyard for our car with easy access. Fabiola and Guido who accepted us and explained everything are very communicative.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well stocked with everything. All that was missing were the chamomile sachets!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the centre of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

We are super grateful that we were able to arrive so flexibly, as we have a baby. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The terrace and the pool were our highlights. We had a great time and highly recommend it!!

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time
