Holiday rentals with beach access in Metropolitan City of Venice

Apartment as described and photos as described. Alessandra was very responsive. Nice location to visit Venice a little outside the tourist crowds.

The apartment was easy to walk to from the Ospedale water shuttle stop. It’s a quiet and walkable neighborhood away from the bustle, but close enough to walk to everything in a matter of minutes. Davide responded quickly to our questions and provided everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean and had air conditioning, and was very comfortable. The two queen beds and two private rooms were perfect for my friend and I.

Very good stay, very nice neighborhood, lively but quieter than around St Marc's Square. Comfortable accommodation. Works downstairs of the building but it didn't bother us because we didn't plan to get up late but rather to enjoy Venice! An address to keep....

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

We loved our stay in Lido. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were also very comfortable, and it was a great place to return home to after a long day of exploring.

Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organised and there are two nice balconies to have breakfast outside and to hang things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being right on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora has provided us with an umbrella and two sun loungers on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 metres from the building, there is a street with all the restaurants and bars, and right nearby there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved place under the building and get anywhere on foot. It's perfect for a few days of real relaxation!!

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

Central and clean space, easy of access and communicative host.

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

It was all tip top. Quick check-in even though we were too early. Completely unproblematic communication. Accommodation as described - modern, clean, completely sufficient for 3-4 people. Beach was 10 minutes' walk away. Our daughter also beamed when she discovered the trampoline in the garden!

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, in the evening in Burano there are not many places open, it would have been better to organise to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a little exposed. Highly recommended!

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

The place is perfect! Getting to Venice is very simple from the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. Elena left us very clear instructions for how all the appliances work. The view from the terrace is beautiful! We would recommend this listing.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

We were very satisfied: the apartment was a "stone's throw" from the sea, we had a great view from the balcony to the sea, with a few steps you were in the shopping mile, the apartment was very clean, you could speak German with Cinzia - everything just worked out to be able to relax! We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

My stay in the accommodation provided by Jean Pierre was a real highlight from start to finish. The apartment is located in the middle of the historic old town of Chioggia, also known as the "Little Venice". As soon as I entered the apartment, I noticed the cleanliness and the loving, harmonious design – everything was hygienically perfect and tastefully furnished. The design perfectly rounded off the holiday and ensured a cosy atmosphere. The area offers numerous restaurants, bars and small shops, so there is something for everyone. Chioggia unfolds its very special, romantic charm in the evening hours - a real experience! Contact with Jean Pierre was always uncomplicated and cordial. He was always at my side with quick and detailed answers via mobile phone and gave me many valuable tips for my stay. His support was truly exclusive.

Great place to base yourself to explore Venice, Lido, and the other islands. The Lido is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. A great place to retreat to at the end of the day after exploring the busy and crowded Venice. Paolo's place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Perfect!
