This Charming Villa has belonged to our family for a very long time. Since we all had been living abroad, the Villa had been empty for nearly a decade. In spring 2018, we came back and started a hard but fruitful work of renovation all by ourselves, and now we are ready to offer YOU the opportunity of discover the beauties of Venice setting our Villa as Your warm and cozy shelter. It is only 1 minute walk from Bus Stop and 5 minutes walk for supermarket, restaurants and beautiful public beach.

The house is located in a private closed street, in a quiet residential area and convenient to all services, just 5 min. drive from "Marco Polo" airport and 15 min. by bus or 25 min. by tram to Venice historical center.

Close to Oderzo (archaeological city), Treviso and Venice (33 km), easily reachable also by train (the train station is a 10-minute walk away).
