The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Luxury apartment with private balcony and beautiful view, a few steps from Piazza San Marco. One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. In Venice, elevators are rare: there are around 50 steps, but not too steep.
