Holiday rentals with breakfast in Metropolitan City of Venice

🌟 Wonderful stay! Our experience exceeded all expectations. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive — from the very beginning, we felt truly cared for. The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing after a day in Venice. Inside, everything is thoughtfully arranged — you’ll find everything you need and even more! The location is perfect for exploring Venice: close to public transport, yet peaceful and quiet. We are truly grateful for such a warm and thoughtful place. Highly recommend — and would love to come back again! 💛

The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very conveniently equipped. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cosy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of Prosecco, a homemade cake…. not to forget the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Simply great! The communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on, for example, activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who is very committed to her guests having a pleasant stay. We felt absolutely comfortable, happy to come back.

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

Paola is a most generous host, both with what she provides in the house and also with her time, sitting down with us to help us plan our trip into Venice, which is easily reached (20 mins on the train). Excellent location for both Venice and Treviso as well as others. Some nice local cycle routes as well. Paola made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and the home had everything, and more, that we needed for a short but wonderful stay.

The place was so nice and spacious! Linda was super responsive and helpful and accommodating our entire stay. It was close to an active street and the fish market. It has a great kitchen, and we were even able to use their bikes to ride around the city, which was so fun! Overall a very nice stay.

Friendly and helpful host, the tavern was welcoming, well organized and clean. The area is quiet and, if you need it, I'll be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment, very well located, clean and equipped with all utilities. I really enjoyed the style of the apartment (large enough for my family of 4 including 2 teenagers), the opening to the water that allowed me to enjoy coffee every morning with a unique landscape. We had a second coffee (while the teenagers rested a little more) at Majer (Garibaldi Street, 5 min walk), which Nicholas recommended. So we could bring great things to the children for breakfast. We could then start our journeys in Venice. Nicholas was very responsive to every question (and I had a lot of them😃). He gave us great advice. I also really enjoyed Nicholas' music, which rocked all the moments spent in the apartment. Everything is close (shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions). Finally, we had a great stay in a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again . Thank you Nicholas!

Valentina's place was perfect for 2 people. She met us at the apartment and showed us around. She left us coffee, milk, cereal, wine and water. There was a local supermarket and Valentina showed up several locations on the map for shopping, restaurants, local places for drinks and the ease to the nearby vaparetto stops. It even had air conditioning, which we only used at night as white noise to help us sleep! The neighborhood and location couldn't be better for visiting Venice. The Jewish Ghetto is a 10 minute walk. We also took day trips to Trieste and Padova and walked to the train station in about 20 minutes. This flat is also in a lovely neighborhood right on the lagoon. Valentina was very responsive with every question. If you are 1 or 2, this is the place for exploring the beautiful city of Venezia.

we had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is perfect and well-equipped. Very convenient to travel by public transport to Venice. Petrifying took time to give us all the recommendations on the different restaurants on site and on all the tourist visits to do in Venice. thank you Patrizia for hosting us

Francesca is very friendly, nice and super responsive. She came to pick us up from the water boat station and walked with us to the apartment. She gave us lots of tips and restaurant recommendations. She made us feel like we are visiting a kind relative's home, not just typical airbnb. Her place is very convenient to everything you need. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here if you want to have good, safe and nice place to stay in Venice.

Great place to stay and private!

We absolutely loved our stay at Veronica’s place in Venice. The location is terrific - closest to the Rialto vaporetto stop, and a quick walk to St. Mark’s Square. The apartment has plenty of space, and we loved the balconies. Veronica was great to work with, and very responsive. Definitely a great choice for a stay in Venice!

We had a great time staying here. It is conveniently located just a few steps from piazza San Marco, yet not at all noisy and having an AC in summer was a big plus. Anna was very responsive and she gave clear instructions on check in and directions.

Lucia makes you feel at home right away. And what a place to call home. The area is an absolute delight - away from the noise but close to everything you could want. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are absolutely exceptional. She has stocked up generously on absolutely everything you could need - from chargers, sunscreen, towels, fruits and food. Furthermore the bed is unassuming but comfortable - your back will not be hurting. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis in Venice and give my sincerest praise to Lucia for exceptional hosting.

I have just spent 3 nights at Elide’s place and I cannot speak highly enough of it . It was exactly as described , in fact even better . Elide was a delightful host , very welcoming and warm , full of relevant information and provider of great breakfasts . As a lone female traveller , I felt very safe both in the house and on the Lido itself. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but at the same time have very easy access to it . I was very sad to leave and can’t wait to return .

Antonio was really helpful in answering all my questions. He helped me navigate the area and even helped me contact lost and found when I lost my phone. He provides a really nice light breakfast and even allowed me to do a load of laundry after an 11 day cruise. I highly recommend Antonio's place for convenience, location and a very helpful host!

The property is modern, stylish and immaculate on a quite street in a quiet river-side town with frequent and reliable public transport. The room and neighbouring private bathroom were smart and comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was freshly made and plentiful with a wide variety of options. Anna Paola was very helpful and clear with any information that we needed and we enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at a local fish restaurant that she recommended. We would happily stay there again.

Antonella’s place was so beautifully set up - the breakfast was delightful & presented so lovely as well ! Antonella was extremely responsive & more than happy for us to leave our bags whilst we explored after check out - would definetly stay again !

Stefania is wonderful! Our flight was delayed, then the bus from Treviso station went straight passed us. Difficult getting a taxi as local music festival on! We kept Stefania upto date eventually we got a taxi to her place. She drove to a local pizzeria as it was late, it was fantastic food. Primavera pizzeria, 2 pizzas, 2 beers 4 fantas. €45, under £40. Left the next day after a fantastic breakfast. Comfy beds and great shower. Just wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Stefania 🤩 love Lorna & Rich

The bed was excellent, the room comfortable and the welcome from Natalia was exceptional. Convenient for the station and quiet at night. Would recommend.

Alessandro’s hospitality was exceptional in every sense. Thoughtful, genuine, and incredibly helpful even my teenage daughter was impressed. I rarely leave reviews unless truly earned. Unlike hosts who try to trade stars, I believe in honesty and this one is well deserved.
