great weekend in his house . the pool, the pétanque court, the huge terrace and the nail of the show in the basement with this room perfectly arranged for partying and of excellent taste. i would go back without hesitation as a family i can only recommend 😀

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Yves and Sandrine's. The house is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the cozy evenings in front of the stove, the games and foosball available, and the possibility of barbecue. The hearty breakfast offered is a real plus, and Jean-Yves and Sandrine are very friendly and attentive . We recommend!

We had a great stay, our children were often able to swim and we could sit and dine in the garden. The cat and turtles came by regularly. In the house you can find everything you need. Sophia is very nice and responds very quickly. The cottage is not big (as you can also see in the pictures) and is quite noisy, the kids woke up when my husband started making coffee, but we later came up with something to do, put the coffee maker in the bathroom:) we enjoyed it very much and the weather was beautiful

Nothing to say very well equipped accommodation my son and it is engaged. We have a very good time very responsive at any time. She responds and finds the solution nothing to say for late checkout and romantic decor at the top. Thank you and the accommodation and very well equipped. It's really missing nothing. Spacious, nicely decorated, well heated and well maintained house. Well located on the outskirts of Paris in an unexpected setting. Christine the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Small bottle of white to give us a welcome. The cat Louna made our stay with the kids even more enjoyable. Thanks to Christine and her family.

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was greeted by Axelle's sociable daddy smile warm and very clear about the intructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a plus as well as the location to park his vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think her people are really bad times. Big thank you Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Wake up to the sound of birds, in peace, in a beautifully decorated house with all amenities. This was our second stay at Maison du Néflier. In the beautiful village of Saint Sulpice de Favières with its beautiful cathedral, a fantastic restaurant (Saint Louis) around the corner and a pretty surrounding forest for a stroll. It is an 8 minute drive to the nearest metro station and in 45 minutes you will be in the heart of Paris! Enjoy the perfect combination of romantic French countryside and bustling Paris. We enjoyed it again and David and Olivier are perfect hosts. They are always there for you, have perfect tips and are really nice, very cool superhosts. A jewel on Airbnb.

A lovely family weekend. The accommodation is well-equipped. Carine is a welcoming and responsive host. Recommended.

Three rooms are similar in size and environment. The kitchen facilities were also good for cooking and there was a dishwasher for convenient use. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, so it was good for relaxing, and it is convenient to use public transportation.

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

in fact , we have nothing to say lol ..except that it was perfect, the accommodation is GREAT, cleanliness ++, beautiful SUPER nice garden, dishes accordingly, good bedding, charming and welcoming hosts as well as Maria who welcomed us. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. the owners trusted us, we thank them.

We are going to Paris for my cousin's concert and very frankly Baboune's husband welcomed us very warmly, he offered us tea upon arrival, the accommodation was clean and the photos of the accommodation corresponded to the real accommodations!!
