Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Very quiet neighborhood. *POOL in the neighboring property accessible in summer (June to mid-Sept) from 10am - 12pm, 3pm - 7pm.*

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Here, you can meet Leon the peacock and his companions - goats, sheep, chickens, pheasants… -. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest a few steps from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.

In a peaceful and green setting, you will have access to a shared swimming pool with our two other properties on the estate. It is open every year from 1 May to 30 September.
