Close to the ski slope, lots of miles on nice snowmobile trails, there are companies that rent out snowmobiles, fishing in the river or lake, ice fishing or summer fishing, there are companies with the possibility of guided tours, hockey rink in the village, in the municipality there are many illuminated trails for cross-country skiing, one in the village and that a trail is usually drawn along the beach edge at the house. The house includes an integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

Located next to Umnäsvägen with the forest and Lake Umnäs just around the corner. Wonderful nature for hiking or biking. Gardfjället is about 20 minutes away by snowmobile, excellent for skiing in the surroundings and up in the mountains. Nice fishing waters nearby. Boat with motor available to rent.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

In our typically Swedish guest hut, you will find 30m2 of space in two rooms. In the sleeping area you will find two very comfortable boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed or as single beds. In our small kitchenette, which is very comfortably equipped and the practical small oven, you could easily prepare a delicious meal. The woodburning stove radiates the charm of hut romanticism and lets you relax in comforting warmth. There are several dogs in the area!

Welcome to Pine Tree Cabin, your log cabin in Lapland. Enjoy the wood stove, lake access and peace. New by the water is our panoramic wood sauna with a warm shower. One sauna session or one wash is included per stay. Every further sauna evening can be flexibly booked on-site. In summer, the lake is perfect for fishing, in winter, the Northern Lights dance above. Winter adventures like snowmobile tours, ice fishing or snowshoeing are available for an extra fee.
