Newly renovated(!) nice cottage with three bedrooms (two double beds and one single bed), kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room with fireplace. South-facing balcony with the possibility to barbecue and enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Proximity to water and swimming at the cottage as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes' drive from the cabin. 25-minute drive from central Skellefteå. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest. The guest is responsible for cleaning the cottage before departure.

All this is in our immediate area. The cottage is located at the foot of Jofjället and is located between the two large ski resorts Tärnaby and Hemavan. Airy one-bedroom apartment with AC and beautiful sea views

Bara 10 minuter från Skellefteå ligger vår gäststuga som är ljus, luftig och inbjudande! Hund är välkommen men inte katt p g a allergi. Stugan har stora fönster mot horisonten och är inredd med det man behöver. Smart TV och bra bredband. Här sover du i en bäddsoffa som är 140 cm bred, på en tjock resårmadrass. Från den har du också utsikt mot havet. Önskas ett separat sovrum så fråga! Ibland, men inte alltid är det ledigt. Det ligger vägg i vägg med en säng 160 cm bred.

Holiday home on Hyllan - best location summer and winter

Welcome to this nice little holiday home that was recently completely renovated (2021). We offer the best location for ski in/out, snowmobile in/out, hiking in/out. Here you are right next to Hemavan Gondola, which takes you further into the ski system or up to hike the beautiful Kungsleden. Snowmobile trails pass on the other side of Blå Vägen. It is within walking distance to ICA grocery store, Systembolaget and restaurants, etc.

Nära till slalombacke, massor av mil på fina skoterleder, finns företag som hyr ut skotrar, fiske i älv eller sjö, isfiske eller sommar-fiske. På gården har vi höns och en tupp som galer alldeles ljuvligt och ger en lantlig känsla. Ibland kan det finnas nya ägg att njuta av.

Eight kilometers from the cottage is Robertsfors, where there are grocery stores, cafés and museums. There's also a golf course in Robertsfors.
