Here you will find peace and quiet, enjoy a quiet environment by the Umeälven river and nature. Sit by the beach, barbecue, swim and sunbathe. Close to the ski slope, lots of miles on nice snowmobile trails, there are companies that rent out snowmobiles, fishing in the river or lake, ice fishing or summer fishing, there are companies with the possibility of guided tours, hockey rink in the village, in the municipality there are many illuminated trails for cross-country skiing, one in the village and that a trail is usually drawn along the beach edge at the house. Many more activities are available.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops.
