The cottage is rented as a self-catering, bed linens, towels, etc. are brought by guests, and thorough cleaning before check-out must be performed. The forest is around the corner and the nearest illuminated cross-country skiing trail is within walking distance, 10 minutes away. About a 15-minute walk will take you down to Storsjön where there is a jetty and barbecue area. In winter, it is also possible to go out on long-distance skates there. The back of the house has a sunny position all day and the possibility to barbecue is available!

Welcome to our cozy townhouse with proximity to most things. 3 km to Umeå city center and less than 1 km to Ålidhem city center with grocery stores and restaurants. The house was built in 2019 and is thus significantly newer than other buildings in Ålidhem. The nearest neighbors are families with children and the accommodation is suitable for those who want a quiet and private stay in Umeå. Parking is available directly next to the house.
