Dollhouse

Holiday home in pleasant Tuvträsk, 8 km from central Lycksele. The house is 56 sqm. One bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed in the living room with wide nederslaf. A sofa. TV with basic channel selection. Kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. There is a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Option to use socket for engine heater. Loans of bed linen and towels as well as laundry detergent are included in the rent. Dogs and cats have previously stayed in the house and are welcome.

On a small hill with lake view is the beautiful yellow house. Here you can relax wonderfully and watch deer and reindeer at breakfast. Up to 5 people can be accommodated in our house, the beautiful kitchen, the cozy fireplace and the beautiful surroundings offer the opportunity to switch off. Hiking and fishing enthusiasts, cross-country skiers and alpine skiers also have plenty to discover in the area. In summer the lake offers welcome cooling and from Oct - March you can see the northern lights dancing

Cozy accommodation with lake view in a scenic area. The house was partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

The terrace in front of the house invites you for a cozy breakfast in the morning sun or to watch the northern lights with a cup of mulled wine. A glazed veranda decorates the entrance. Simple house in stunning nature!

A nice and cosy old house set in the stunning Swedish countryside! Biking, hiking and Snowscooter trails lead right to the door! This was our family home until last year and the house is well set-up for families. There is a dedicated trail down to the river (300 meters) where you can borrow our Canoe and there are many nice swimming and BBQ spots within 20 mins walk/drive. The nearest store, train station and summer cafe is 7 mins drive away in Tvärålund. Buses run regularly into Umeå.
