Great stay in Lapland! The accommodation was perfect, the fireplace is a real plus! The morning view is beautiful! Richard is very responsive! We were able to enjoy the northern lights and Lulea is very close by car! If you want a real change of scenery and rest, the accommodation is perfect. 😊 I recommend it without hesitation! We had nice visit on house. Everything worked well and was very clean.

We had a great stay at Matthias' house. The beautiful surroundings offer plenty of walks and outdoor activities to immerse in nature. Our personal highlights were the close by lake and the shared sauna at the edge of the forest, as well as the grilling hut. The house itself is well equipped, with all necessary cooking utensils and plenty of firewood to keep the house warm. The inside is furnished more on the functional side and could use a touch of Scandinavian flair and decorations to make it feel more cozy and lived in. The cleaning is done by the guests, which can of course result in some surprises and depending on the guests before you, might require some extra swiping and dusting on arrival. The large property invites to be explored and allows to truly disconnect and enjoy the wilderness. We even saw an elk not far from the house on one of our morning walks. Matthias' was a very responsive host and was always available for questions and recommendations for the area.

We had a very quiet and nice weekend in the cabin, cozy to be able to burn indoors. Very comfortable couches and blankets. The beds were also great, we all slept well. The best thing about the place in my opinion was the hot tub. I sat in the hot tub myself for almost two hours when the sun had set and looked at the stars, the northern lights that blew in the sky and I also saw some shooting stars. The proximity to the river gives a nice view and the water running past feels soothing.

A great place to stay for a couple of days. Hans was very kind and helpful. Everything was well arranged and we had good conversations. Recommend the place at Hans's place.

We spent here one week during our family vacation. We found the apartment cozy and well organized (kitchen very well equiped, comfortable beds, nice living room) .The River view from windows was fantastic. Strongly recommend the place!

Awesome and cozy old house. Plenty of room for a family of 5, with a dog. Nice surroundings and short way to Pite Havsbad. Clean and tidy. We would go back there.

A bunch of mixed ages visited Örnsköldsvik to see the Höga kusten. Nice with your own house in central Örnsköldsvik. The house had all the amenities and was clean and fresh. Good with parking in the yard. We had a great time and had great communication with Maria. Recommend this home to others as well.

We celebrated Christmas with the whole big family in Risbäck and had a wonderful time! The house is perfectly adapted to gather many. Genuine and relaxed, with several spacious social areas and many bedrooms. The cousins loved getting to sleep together in the big hall and the ping pong table in the basement went hot. Extra plus being able to rent both a bakery and a gym in close proximity. Magnificent Christmas idyll!🌟 Full marks for Christmas celebrations! 🌟

Very friendly and welcoming host is Nathalie, who showed up when we had any questions. The house is even better than the pictures. We would love to come back here🥰
