Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Description: This newly built cottage in Laxviken has three bedrooms and living areas combined with kitchen. A conservatory with glass veranda and large sun deck provides another big common space. The cottage is located 150 meters next to Hotagen, with its own swimming area and boat that takes you in 5 minutes to well-known fishing water Hotagsströmmen. In winter you can rent our scooters and use the snowmobile trails off the knot. The cross-country ski trail attracts you at the door.

Our farm is located on an island 9 km east of Örnsköldsvik, which forms the northern part of the High Coast. Directly adjacent to the house there is a nice garden, a large greenhouse and many patios, all overlooking the sea or meadows. 100 meters from the house, there is a nice secluded beach with cliffs and a jetty in the best evening sun position.

The house offers 2 double and 2 single bed alcoves, a kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a small toilet with a modern separate toilet. The house has electricity, running water in summer and the possibility of sauna use. It is heated with 2 wood stoves. A guest bathroom with shower is just a few steps away.

My place is close to 3 lakes. We offer many family-friendly activities here, both in summer and winter. You'll love my place because of the coziness and indescribable location in nature. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids, 2 extra beds per cabin possible), big groups (up to 16 people), and furry friends (pets, especially dogs are welcome).

Guest house with small kitchen, stove and fridge, four beds all ready made, bathtowels and small towel for all guest. Outdoor Shower and outhouse, outdoor furniture and barbecue area near and down the lake. Wifi is available. There is a sauna down the lake and a boat included. Sometimes neighbors sharing the bathing place. Firewood is included for sauna and barbecue.
