Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. No parties, kick-offs or work/conferences allowed.

There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.
