An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Newly-renovated apartment near the city center and saltwater swimming

Walking distance to the city center and shopping at Varberg's square, all cafes and restaurants, about 400 meters. If you are looking for a walk by the sea or a salt bath, it is 400 meters down to the sea, which you can also see partially from the property. In the house there are two apartments that share a patio with chairs, tables and barbecue. Access to laundry room. There are some bicycles available, but it is otherwise easy to rent a bicycle via an app. If you want to borrow bicycles, this can be arranged. Exercise track and outdoor gym only 300 meters away.

Here, you live near the sea with a swimming beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Welcome to Hyltegården's guest house! Rural, peaceful and newly built apartment of 55 sqm in Hunnestad, just outside Varberg. Enjoy rural views from the hot tub! The accommodation is spacious for 4 people and is close to Varberg and Gekås Ullared, among other places. By car, you can get to the sea in about 15 minutes. Within a reasonable distance, you will find beautiful environments, hiking trails and lakes in Åkulla beech forests. There is an extra cost for the hot tub. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Koppla av i nybyggd villa på landet! Huset ligger på höjd i söderläge och har tre fina sovrum, var och ett med dubbelsäng och AC. Det största sovrummet har även en våningssäng. Huset rymmer upp till 8 personer. Det finns litet SPA-bad, altan, kolgrill, Wi-Fi, AC i alla rum, TV och fri elbils-laddning Huset har ett separat WC, ett kaklat badrum, öppet kök/vardagsrum som härlig sällskapsyta med härlig braskamin samt tvättstuga. Inga fester, kick-off eller arbete/konferenser tillåtna.

Bekvämt och fräscht boende / kontor lite norr om Varbergs station och centrum, lagom till 2-3 personer. Beläget i ett lugnt område omgärdad av bostäder, lekplats, pizzeria, skola, parkering, kontor med gångavstånd till centrum där det finns massor av mysiga restauranger och affärer samt till stränder med fina bad. Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

Fantastic lovely house by the sea just south of Apelviken in Varberg! The award-winning house with a large, private courtyard offers an oasis for family and friends to socialize. The houses, main house and guest house, are fully equipped for wonderful socializing with just a three-minute walk to beautiful sandy and rocky beaches. With cows grazing at the property line and Varberg's surf culture around the corner, this is the perfect place for relaxation and recreation.

Upstairs centrally in villa

Övervåning i villa centralt men lungt. Grundpriset är för två personer. Ni har hela övervåningen för er själva. Sovrum med dubbeldäng, enkelt kök, toalett, TV . Dusch finns i intilliggande byggnad. Boendet är inte lämpligt för små barn, det finns en öppen trappa ner till entrén. Jag håller med lakan o handdukar, men ni förväntas städa själva och lämna lägenheten ren o fin, städutrustning finns. Fester ej tillåtna, tyst efter 23:00
