Cozy attic cottage built of recycled materials in our garden. Here you live 1 km from nice beaches. 50 meters to the bus stop that leads to Varberg and Falkenberg. Ice cream parlor, restaurant and pizzeria less than 2 km away. The cottage has a toilet but the shower is located in the basement of the main house. Double bed and sofa bed are available and the possibility of easier cooking. Barbecue available to borrow. Parking next to the house. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi. You wash dishes in the outdoor kitchen.

There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
