Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Our house is located in the rear valley area, away from the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with outdoor furniture. Sat TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available, daily bread roll service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!! ) very close! Large storage room for bicycles, slate,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

Hello! We are Rosi+Joe! Rosi is from the Philippines and Joe is from Navis. We live on the farm with our animals. The large plot in front of the farm to the river belongs to our farm. Our cows also graze there. On the property there is also fruit that can be picked at harvest time.
