Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. High-quality solid wood furniture. Close to car parking.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon?
