Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Room "Egon Schiele"

The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa (Café Villa Bux) and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet. The room faces the street and includes a spacious balcony. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modern furnished solid wood house (144 sqm + terrace and garden) is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour.

Kiechlhof Fewo

Our old traditional Kiechlhof was built in the 14th century and has been constantly renovated and expanded. Forestry is operated on our farm. Our apartment "Stubaiblick" is 80 m² and offers a beautiful view of the Stubai Valley. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. Our apartment is great for a city trip to Innsbruck, as well as for a hiking/skiing vacation!
