Holiday rentals with a balcony in Valencian Community

We are very happy with this accommodation, everything we wanted was around the corner so perfect location! If we visit Valencia again we will be happy to return, Carles is a very thoughtful host!

This was our second stay and it was as fabulous as last time. Lots of thoughtful touches and Rafa was great at communicating and being flexible. A couple of lovely bars and a new restaurant nearby were great finds. Our departure coincided with Spain’s loss of power and Rafa’s offer to help us was very much appreciated.

Very good appartement in the old city. Walking distance to good restaurants. Very responsive host and good recommendations.

Great location, 5minute walk to the beach, the old town, and the lift to the castle. 10minute walk to the centre of the city. Excellent kitchen facilities. Lovely bakery, butcher and fruit and veg shop beside the apartments. Very easy check in and check out process. Sonia was very helpful with local knowledge and booking a taxi, it was much appreciated.

Location, location, location. A few steps into one of the alley styles streets of Valencia off of a busy plaza near the Cathedral and you find a private little apartment building tucked away. It’s where and it’s what you want, and a great host too!

My husband, daughter, and I had a WONDERFUL stay at Elena’s place. The location was ideal, in a relaxed part of the city, close to the beach, restaurants, markets, etc. It was also easy to get to other parts of the city via public transpiration. The apartment was immaculate, stylish, in decor, and well lit. It was lovely having large doors that open up to a balcony overlooking the street. If our family were to visit Valencia in the future, we would be eager to stay at this airbnb again. We have absolutely no complaints!

An amazing location in the old town with beautiful balcony views. Antonietta very kindly sorted a highchair and cot for our 10 m/o and even some toys. Antonietta was so helpful the entire time we were there and great with recommendations. Apartment has everything you need to explore Valencia.

The apartment was just like the photos. Very spacious with lots of storage & has everything you would need to make a short or long stay very comfortable. The apartment was tastefully decorated with all furniture and amenities of a very good standard. Felt like home. Located in a happening neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants, shops & a supermarket a short walk away. An easy walk or bus to the centre of València & surrounding areas. Communication with Pere was easy. We really enjoyed our 7 nights stay and would highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at David’s place. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. It was easy and peaceful for sleeping. The Terrace is amazing and has afternoon sun which is very hot. There is an electric retractable sunshade that works perfectly. When we arrived (later in the day) they had thought of everything, leaving us coffee, water, bread and even some fresh croissants and a bottle of wine. This was extraordinary for us as we didn’t need to rush out right after we arrived to get necessary supplies. There are plenty of local tavernas and grocery shops close by. The grocery right around the corner offers an orange juicer you place the size of bottle you want and push the button and it presses the oranges right in front of you. It was the best orange juice we’ve ever had. Down the street is an Empanada shop. They were quite good, but the server was so fun. She has a little bag of dog treats at the ready and locals walk past with their dogs who are ready to accept her treats.
