My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. Also, you will be provided with a map of Valencia upon arrival and will remain reachable by phone or Airbnb e-mail 24/7 during your stay, should you need any help or advice! The home is located in the “El Pilar” neighborhood, a charming and historic area in the Old Town of Valencia. From here, walk to emblematic places like the Town Hall square, Valencia Cathedral, and a selection of independent restaurants and shops. Mercado Central / Valencia Central Market – 250 m. / 3 min. Transportation The Metro station "Àngel Guimerà" – 650 m / 8 min. from the doorstep - is the city's best public transport connection hub to/from Valencia Airport (18 min. travel time / 10 stops, Lines 3 or 5) / train stations (“Estació del Nord” train station, 1 min. / 1 stop; “Estació Joaquín Sorolla” AVE high-speed train station, 3 min. / 2 stops) / beaches (20 min. travel time / 7 stops with Lines 5 or 7 to Marítim-Serrería + 3 stops with tram Line 8). Metro runs from 5.27 until 23.30 at night. This is the fastest & most frequent transportation service, running every 6-9 min throughout day, 7 days. All major bus routes are also available either from Àngel Guimerà or Gran Vía de Fernando El Católico. For example, to go to the beach, you can take Bus Nr. 2 at Gran Vía de Fernando El Católico and would take you less than 30 min. to go to the Las Arenas Beach area.

It's located at the edge of a quiet plaza next to a very charming pedestrian street, with artisanal basketry and woodwork shops, very lively during the day but very quiet at night. No cars or bars. Plus, thanks to the ideal location in the historic center of town, between the Mercado Central (Central Market) (1 min), Lonja (1 min), and Plaza del Ayuntamiento (1min), it allows you to walk to the main sights in town in less than 5 minutes. Cathedral, Plaza la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen. Also, five minutes away you have the high-speed train station and the subway with a direct connection to the airport. The building has an elevator. You can walk to all the iconic parts of the city in less than 5 minutes. Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, by subway from the Xátiva and Colon station (5 minutes) to Benimaclet, connecting in the Tranvía. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences, you can take the bus (15 minutes). Plus, there are several Valenbisi parking lots less than 1 minute away, which enable you to explore the city or reach the Jardines del Real (del Real Garden) or Jardin del Cauce (Cauce Garden) del rio Turia (Turia River), , the Valencia Central Park in less than 5 minutes. The Cauce Garden of old Turia River is a green belt that connects the entire city, where you can spend the entire day walking under the shade of the trees while you visit several monuments until arriving at the City of Arts and Sciences. It's very easy to reach the apartment since the Xátiva Subway stop that connects directly to the Airport and the Train Station is 5 minutes away. I'll be glad to welcome you at any time of the day. The apartment is really special because of its location and because good taste is present in every corner. As it is on a pedestrian street, it is quite quiet despite being in the center. The large mirror in the living area projects the image of part of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento inside and provides great light. It's the perfect place to enjoy Valencia without sacrificing tranquility The apartment has an elevator and a small balcony with a table and two chairs. Guests can ask us for any service such as babysitting, cleaning, home chef... and we will gladly inform you about any service available in the city, including all kinds of sports activities (tennis, golf, surfing...) At the door, take bus number 19 that takes you directly to the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences without having to change to another. 250 meters away there are two metro stops, one is COLÓN and the other XÁTIVA. Even the North Station, which is precise by the way, is just 300 meters away. Bike rental in the area. Parking with cheap rates and a 24-hour rate (you can freely take the car out and put it back) at 15 euros. We have another apartment listed on Airbnb on the same floor and building. They are the only two apartments on the floor, also with four beds available, so that between the two they would add eight beds. Ideal for two couples, or two families with a small child...

M House Loft, Terrace Close to Port Beach & Subway

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. M house is located in the upper level. As you enter, you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen. All of them overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is a small hall in the access, which leads you to the two bedrooms. Both of them have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, which has a bed 160x190, and a bed with a pull out bed underneath, and a bathroom with a shower. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. The house is in El Cabañal, an authentic and traditional neighborhood, with a very rich life and a great light and atmosphere. A seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. If you are lucky, you can hear the local artists playing the guitar or singing. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport
