Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Val d'Europe

perfect stay. the house is clean, well maintained and very well equipped, you quickly feel comfortable "like at home". Sylvie and Thierry are very welcoming, everything is very well explained whether it is for the house or what is nearby. we came with 2 children aged 2 and 5, the house and the neighborhood are quiet and pleasant. thank you again for the little touches provided upon arrival. i would recommend this listing and would be happy to go back if we return to see our family in the area.

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

A wonderful few days staying here, the accommodation is in a lovely area with easy access in to the centre of Paris. The family were very welcoming and helpful and the accommodation itself is very clean and well presented. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Julien and Séverine's. The place was as described and great for families. We enjoyed all the games available (badminton, arc, toys,…). The environment is bucolic.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We rented this Airbnb to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and it was just perfect! The house is spacious, super well-equipped and very clean. We loved the large friendly living room, the ideal outdoor pergola to relax, and the many activities on site: billiards, foosball, ping pong… everyone enjoyed themselves! It was really the perfect place to have a great time with friends. Thanks again to the hosts for hosting, we recommend 100%!

Lena was a great host - sending lots of ideas of where to go. The apartment is lovely and you literally feel like a local Parisian. Two minute walk from the Metro means all of Paris is practically your door step. We had a fantastic time and could have stayed a month.

What a lovely stay my partner and I had in Paris! Our host Philippe was so friendly, kind and helpful with check in and plenty of neighborhood recommendations. Staying there was steps away from the metro and was just off a lively street with lots to do. But, the actual street the apartment is on is private and quiet so it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment bathroom is also worth a mention as it was much larger for Paris than I expected and the shower was strong with plenty of hot water. Truly loved our stay. We felt at home and lived like we were locals We will definitely be back. True gem. Thank you, Philippe!

We came in Easter, to spend 2 days in EuroDisney and 3 days to visit Paris. We decided to be close to the amusement park and not to change accommodations and it was a success. The apartment is very nice and bright, and is very well communicated as stated in the ad. It had everything you need (gel, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.), and even details like coffee capsules, salt, sugar, etc., that make life easier for you until you shop at the big supermarket nearby. He also left us a brioche for breakfast. Sophie was very attentive to our questions, and even let us stay longer than the check out time because our return flight was late. In short, an ideal place, very nice, to relax after the hustle and bustle of visits to the city and to EuroDisney. Also, with a spacious terrace. Thank you Sophie! We definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I spent a week in Sylvain's apt. and loved it. It was more spacious than we expected and the neighborhood offered everything we needed for our daily groceries and more. Downstairs there is a sweet cafe for coffee, wine or dinner. Access to the metro was easy but we travelled mostly by bike (it is a great way to get around Paris and since the olympics the bike routes have been improved). The neighborhood was quiet and sitting on the balcony after a day in the city was magical - the sun lights up the balcony at the end of the day. Sylvain certainly was a 'super host' . He did everything he could to help us during our stay and was always qick to answer. The apt. Is well designed and really enjoyable. We would recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed our four night stay in Sophie’s delightful apartment immensely. It was perfectly sized for our family of four and the location was fantastic - in a lively neighbourhood with great restaurants but within walking distance of the Marais. There are numerous metro stations nearby also. Highly recommended!

Sandra's place was an absolute gem of a find. The house itself is well furnished and has everything you would ever need. It was clean, cosy and perfect. I was attending a convention at the Grande Halle and it was a lovely short walk along the canal to get there. Plenty of good food and little supermarkets in the area. It is a short walk to the metro as well, and very easy to travel to and fro. One of the best mornings was getting pastry from a nearby bakery and walking to the Buttes-Chaumont park to eat and relax. The coffee machine was such a bonus!!! The check in was easy, thanks to Sandra who personally greeted us, and i really appreciate the flexible check out and her being there to say goodbye as well. I've used airbnb for many years, and this is easily my favourite one so far. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Sandra!

Audrey is a great host! We rented his house for an organized EVJF! Everything was decent, clean and warm, there was enough room for all the girls! Really there is nothing to say everything suits us and was fine!! We really liked her house, I would recommend her without a second thought! If you want to do your own decor for EVJF baby shower or other birthday you can without hesitation!

Perfect location. Easy to get into Paris (by train) and to Disneyland (by car). Very clean. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and lovely after a long day of walking.

We stayed one night at the place for a family meal. The apartment was clean, as described/photos and in a quiet area. The instructions were clear and the hosts were attentive. I would this property.

A really lovely place to stay just outside of Paris. Lots of space and amenities and Franck was really helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

Large house, plenty of room for 13 of us, beautiful setting and large outdoor area for the children. Variety of toys and books. House very clean and Elise very responsive to any queries. We had a wonderful stay and it is 15/20 minutes from Disneyland!

We had a great weekend thanks to Audrey. She was responsive and very warm. We were comfortable in the accommodation, we had enough room for 12 people. The hot tub was well heated. I'd recommend this place to stay for large groups without a second thought. Everything was perfect! Thanks to Audrey .
