Idyllically situated in a quiet location with a fantastic mountain backdrop. Perfect for families, couples and as a workplace. The accommodation is optimally suited for 4 people. There is also a pull-out couch for 2 more people. All beds are double beds. There is a separate cot for babies. There is a nice children's playground right in front of the house.

Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Spend cozy relaxing days in my centrally located accommodation. The small but nice apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house with its own bathroom and house entrance. Whether it's a skiing vacation, hiking or sightseeing, everything is possible. Ski lift or summer lift is about 20 minutes away on foot. Also a visit to Innsbruck, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, nothing stands in the way. Supermarket and restaurant are about a 10-minute walk away.

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.
