The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

Cozy and newly renovated guest house in rural surroundings. The home is located in an extension of our own country estate. There is a private entrance and private courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Private parking space and space for bicycles. The home consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. Living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and Smart TV (Chromecast - % TV channels). The sofa bed is with a real mattress + quality top mattress. In addition, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm).

There is a kitchen and spacious living room in open connection with dining area, 2 rooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and bathroom. There is a dishwasher and combination washer/dryer in the kitchen. Outside you will find a covered terrace with a view. EV charging station available. Duvets and pillows are in the house, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and the like. Electricity is settled according to consumption at DKK 3.00 per kWh.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to Lemvig's fine harbor area, where you will find restaurants and a cozy atmosphere The house has the finest little courtyard with cozy corners and wildflowers. The house is a lovely little time capsule, where the original 70s atmosphere has been preserved. There is a small, bright bedroom and a cozy room with bunk beds. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating and cozy kitchen-living room. The grounds are fenced and dogs are welcome. 25 minutes' drive to the west is the North Sea with miles of deserted sandy beaches.

The cottage has everything it takes to have a quiet and lovely holiday with the family - and to get all the way down to the pace.
