It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. The apartment has all the necessities for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

Communication with Joy-Ann was easy and fast. To various requests, Joy ann responded immediately and always helped. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay as beautiful as possible. Highly recommended for a stay in Entschede!🙌🏻

Very good stay in BurgSteinfurt, the city is pleasant, good cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant accommodation, quiet and very well equipped, possibility to have breakfast on the terrace in the sun in the morning. Welcoming and friendly hosts.

Good accommodation, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom and pleasant living room. As it is a basement, it lacks sunlight, but this is something that is already understood as it is a basement.

The house was very cosy, clean, and nicely decorated. The garden was superb, and Ivon and her husband are very friendly and easy-going. I needed to be close to the university, and the location was excellent. Strongly recommended.

For us as a large family (2 adults, 4 children 7-14 years) nothing was left to be desired: sufficient bedrooms and accommodation (indoors and outdoors); games available indoors and in the garage; shopping and excursion destinations in the vicinity easily accessible by bike; beautiful location, felt "in the middle of the forest"; super equipped kitchen (!) and a sauna :)

We stayed 3 nights with our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) in Hennie and Ria's accommodation. Pleasant reception by Hennie. Accommodation looks good, spacious and clean. Everything works properly and all desired facilities are present. Sufficient privacy in and around the house. The beds are great. There is a folder with various information about the accommodation and various tips on what to do in the area. The kids also had a good time. Especially with the ponies and Dora the dog. There are lots of games and books available. Ria even did a load of laundry for us in the evening, so that the football uniform could be worn fresh again the next day. Great! We had a nice stay. If we go on holiday in this area again, we will definitely come back. Thanks Hennie and Ria!

A nice cottage to stay with the family (9 people). Plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor. Outside a lot of space in the yard with various seats and playground equipment. The animals present are a bonus. The kitchen is complete, the bathrooms very tidy and the beds are nice. Communication with Agnes went well, even if she was not there, she asked if everything was to your liking. In short, a place to come back to.

We had a great time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, we were informed that a number of sleeping places are accessible with a somewhat steeper staircase. Very thoughtful but was also already clear from the description and the photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes down dry, very nice. Being able to charge your car is also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got a discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather wasn't so good. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the peace and space.

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

The location of the house is unique. This makes it super quiet. The garden is shaded by the tall trees, which is an advantage in high summer. In spring, it's cooler during the day. This has not further affected our stay. We enjoyed the time very much.

This place is ideal in every way: the warm welcome by the hostess, the lovely complete house, also very suitable for my mother of 87 years (ground floor, amenities), conveniently located with a lovely garden. Thanks for all the tips, Miranda. We have enjoyed it! See you again!

We had a wonderful time in Dorien's "huuske". A nice welcome with a personal card, eggs in the fridge and chocolates on the table. A cup of coffee was made in no time. It was super clean and everything was present. Lots of privacy in a large garden. We cycled a lot in the beautiful surroundings. The communication with Dorien was nice and cordial We'd love to come back.

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

We spend a weekend in Robert's place. It was very peaceful and beautiful in the middle of an awesome location for hiking and biking. They provided everything we needed for our stay. We will gladly book this place next time we are in the area.

The stay was really sparkling clean and Lycien was really friendly. Beautiful views and really relaxed due to the silence of the area. In addition, a perfect location, everything is close by, supermarkets, etc. Also plenty of culture to see. We will definitely come back, what a nice place to stay and everything was perfectly arranged.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.
