You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

For lovers of a historic living atmosphere: A spacious but above all cozy apartment near the Dutch-German border. You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. The municipal monument tolhuis' n tol from 1830 is located on the edge of the Raalter center. You can now spend the night in this toll booth! The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum. Adjacent cycling and hiking junction Salland… .. The Tolhuisje stands on the edge of the pleasant center of Raalte with plenty of hospitality and shopping options.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.
