An open-plan living & dining area with an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a duplex room awaits you on a 60m², which can be reached via a steep staircase. Once at the top there are 2 more single beds. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hair dryer. Wifi & parking is provided.

(6 to 15p) This detached Mansion from 1935 is located right in the center of Emmen just a few minutes' walk from the shopping center, the station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upstairs apartment is about half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bath, shower and 2 toilets. This space can accommodate up to 16 people. The minimum booking is 6 people 2 nights. Final cleaning at an extra cost if desired

From our house you can directly walk and cycle along old paths or visit, for example, The Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte or take the Drenthe Brocanteroute. At 600m there is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a great kitchen.
