Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not in a holiday park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018 it was completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own grounds of 1100m2! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. (Equipped with good Wi-Fi and a Google Chromecast) On the outskirts of the village of Otterlo and within walking distance of the National Park De Hoge Veluwe and the Kröller-Müller, my holiday home is the White Raaf, located in the beautiful Hoefbos Nature Park. The ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. Our cottage has been recently refurbished, has two bedrooms (switched). Easily accessible by public transportation and car and very suitable for hikers and cyclists.

The cottage is located on a private bungalow park, where many homes are occupied for private use. There are also cottages like this that are rented out. It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can cycle nicely in the area. But also possibly shopping in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.
