In a beautiful location in the middle of the woods is our lovely, cozy cottage, suitable for 4 to 5 people. The cottage is located on a small-scale and quiet park. The core values of the park are peace, nature and privacy. So you will find here especially nature lovers and peace seekers. The park has various facilities, such as a reception, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and playground. It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum en station is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf is helaas niet toegestaan.

Relax completely in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. A tiny house in a former beer brewery. Situated on a cheese farm on the Twickel estate. This small cottage has all the comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen. TV and WiFi available. Breakfast possible after contact. The cottage has its own terrace with a fenced garden where you can enjoy the beautiful free view over the meadows in peace and quiet. Also there is a cobb BBQ available to prepare a nice meal outside in good weather.
