In the evening, you can sit by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric centre of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! This great family house is located on the beautiful estate "Heerlijkheid De Eese." A vast nature reserve on the border of Drenthe, Friesland and Overijssel. The villa is cozy, full of comforts and stylishly furnished. There is an extensive luxury kitchen, several lovely hanging sofas in the living room and 4 bedrooms with good beds. The garden is huge, has two terraces and there is an outdoor shower. A unique house in one of the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands!
