Our country house is located in the middle of nature, on the border of beautiful wooded area and an old river arm with behind it a meadow with sheet field cows and their calves. Nature reserve. Spacious and complete country house is architecturally designed and has five bedrooms (twelve beds). Two bathrooms, fully equipped cooking island, two living rooms and various terraces. There is an extra bed in the guest living room downstairs. Wonderfully quiet location and the town center of Ommen is within cycling and walking distance.

In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the cribs. In the evening, you can sit by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric centre of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

The villa is situated very privately in a large garden (15.000m2) in the forest. Outside, you find a hottub, a playgarden for the kids and a terrace and porch. Inside, you will find nice furniture, good beds and decoration that brings the nature in. Tourist tax €1,30 pppn is charged by seperate invoice.
