Modern guest house including sauna. Beautifully situated in the outskirts of Enschede. In the middle of nature and yet also close to the built-up area. Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the Twente countryside. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Woonkamer met 2-persoons slaapbank. Veel privacy en een eigen tuin met terras. Er is slaapgelegenheid van 2-6 personen. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Er is een Dolce Gusto koffie apparaat en een bbq in de tuin.

The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden.
