Nice and quiet place with a wonderful breakfast and friendly host!

Gerda met us in person for our 4 day stay and explained how everything worked, laundry, etc. The place was immaculate and thoughtfully supplied. The beds were vey comfortable, towels and bath supplies plentiful. The apartment is on the third floor of a several hundred year old building, with great views of the historic city from the huge terrace. The historic character was evident in the steep staircase that requires careful navigation, but the spaces are all wonderfully up to date. The location couldn’t be better; many restaurants right there, an Albert Heyn a few minute’s walk and the frequently opening drawbridge right out front.

Quietly located in green area just outside Apeldoorn, clean and comfortable, wonderfully spacious breakfast, friendly hosts great value for money. Recommend!

Really a nice and cozy stay with a lovely view on garden and nature. You can walk onto the heath in no time. Everything that is needed is also present in the garden everything perfect. The outdoor kitchen can also be used with rain due to the spacious canopy. Friendly hostess who also responds quickly to the app.

we had a lovely time visiting with friends and having Guus's guest house as our base. Guus was there to greet us and we felt very welcomed. The location is secluded and peaceful with lots of walking from right out the door. The home has everything you need and is as described.

We had a lovely time in Vroukje's cottage. It's a spacious place and contained everything we needed. It has a beautiful view over a wide open field and the pets are great company. A very heavy rainstorm during one night was a bit noisy on the roof, but we still had a 5 star stay. Vroukjes recommendations completed this with a visit to the lovely town of Hattem and a beautiful walk through the nature of Reestdal and an interesting tour of the farm on our last morning as a bonus. It was a lovely stay. We slept really well and Jannicke is a super friendly hostess. In addition, it is in a very nice place with lots of greenery where you have a beautiful view.

I can only agree with the other guests. Great place, mega cozy, beautiful garden and totally nice people. In the morning there was still delicious coffee, thank you! I'd love to come back.

A very nice and especially quiet place, with lots of privacy where I enjoyed a few days. Winette is a very warm and nice person who gives you a warm welcome! In addition, she responds quickly and adequately to messages. The cozy space with underfloor heating everywhere, looked even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! Everything is present, and also not completely unimportant: a good bed to sleep in. I had my own bike with me and within 10 minutes you are in the cozy Meppel with nice shops and restaurants. If I go this way again, I will choose this cottage again, it is really recommended!!

We had wonderful days in the cottage! The contact with Annerike and Martin went smoothly and they came with nice tips on what to do in the area. The house was lovely, in a quiet area and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay! Very cozy cottage and beautiful garden, even more beautiful than in the photos :). There were even garlands hanging for the birthday boy, very nice! Restaurant de Groot is a 10-minute walk away! Would definitely recommend this place and we will come back again!

We enjoyed Esther's B&B. Very kindly received. The B&B is beautiful. Very nice decor and sparkling clean. The bed is exquisite and very spacious. Breakfasts are delicious. Fresh bread and plenty. The area is beautiful. It is certainly one we can do that. Certainly suitable for repetition

We stayed at the "Jovlen Cottage" for 12 days. Great place, idyllically located, the cottage very cozy, amenities absolutely sufficient. The arrival was good, everything was very straightforward. The hosts very,very nice and helpful. We had a nice and pleasant stay in Wolbeck and will certainly come back again 😉 Highly recommended 👍

Very warm welcome, also for our little dog so we immediately felt at home. The neat, spacious room and bathroom are nicely and cozily furnished and equipped with all facilities. Breakfast is worth a 6 out of 5. More than sufficient and a true festival. Definitely worth the description 'Superhost'!

We felt very comfortable. Adrie was within easy reach at all times. For us with 2 dogs it was great, as we could explore many new paths on foot. The house was quiet and well equipped. For 8 people there was enough space in the common areas and the bedrooms are also a great size. We will be happy to come back.

The property is part of Mariska's house with its own access and private porch and shed. In the attic is the large double bed with two comfortable mattresses and a large blanket. In the ground floor area there is a kitchenette, a small sofa, a table for 2 people and a bathroom with shower. Everything is clean. Since it can get warm under the roof in summer, a powerful fan is also available. Mosquito lamps are available. But in this water-rich region it is better to bring something yourself. Parking, canal and supermarket are close by. Mariska's veranda on the canal may be used. There are two electric boats available, which can also be rented without a boating license. Captain Rob gives an instruction and a plan with all the canals and lakes that you can drive on. In addition, you should use Google Maps. With the small boat you can navigate narrow reed channels and cross low bridges. Amazing adventure! Best day!

I was looking for a nice and quiet place to sleep after a tour on my bike. It was exactly what I wanted, cozy and remote. Clean and cute appartement with everything I needed. Friendly and helpful hosts. I’ll want to go back there for sure!

The apartment is the ideal base for exploring the tulip route in the Northeast Polder. Henny took us on an impressive tour of the modern cowshed. I will miss the view from the living room into the countryside and the sociable farm dog.

Johannes treated us well. He was very friendly. He offered us to have tea and desserts at his home even though we arrived so late at 8.30 pm already. The best host we met so far on airbnb.
