Cozy guesthouse in rural property Here are opportunities for barbecuing, ball games and play. We have a dock, beach, bath house and two kayaks that can be rented. Ramp in the entrance is suitable for a stroller or wheelchair. To Risør city center it is 3 km, a nice walk along the fjord. We live on the island of Barmen with bridge connection to the mainland. It is of course possible to drive here by car. In the area there are nice hiking trails. During the winter we often have ice on the fjord and then we can use kicks, skis or ice skating.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Cozy and sheltered cabin by the sea

The cabin is sheltered on idyllic Tromøya. Here you have immediate proximity to great experiences both on the sea and on land. It consists of two floors, where the 1st floor is disposed of by tenant. The ground floor has a lower standard and is not prepared for rent, but can also be disposed of if you need extra accommodation. The cabin is well equipped with whatever you need, and you are free to use the equipment you want. Among other things, we can offer sea kayaking and SUP. Welcome!

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Apartment by the sea on scenic Buøya.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach is 100m away from a favorite spot. Possibility for the kids to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car charger

Welcome to "The Pearl by the Point"! This charming home from 1880 is beautifully situated on the outermost row of Tangen, known for its historic white-painted wooden houses and narrow passageways. Enjoy three lovely outdoor areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Cabin on Tromøya with beach line + jetty

New high standard cabin (2022) especially nice and sheltered location. The cabin is located a few meters from the sea and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has a lot of patios and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, by Sandum bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cabin plot to parking at the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.
