Lucy's place is amazing. It is very cosy with a lot of attention to detail. It provides everything you need. The area is a calm and friendly neighbourhood. A supermarket is just around the corner. Although the apartment is not directly in the center of Tulum it is very easy to get to the center. Either by bike (10 minutes) or by taxi (price $30-50/ride). Lucy provided us with a lot of personal recommendations which were all really helpful. We can totally recommend Lucy and her lovely apartment.

This is a really cute little studio apartment with a lovely garden and pool. A real oasis in Tulum which can be pretty hectic and noisy. If you like quiet like me, be sure to check on construction as it's going on all over the place. For basics like AC, working kitchen, nice shower, this checks off all the boxes. There was what I needed for cooking and a supermarket is very close by. Mark, who manages the property, was really nice and checked in often to make sure everything was good. I'll definitely look to stay here next time I am in Tulum.

Located on the first corner of the second floor and it offers beautiful jungle views from a 180 ° angle. This room is very spaceful and with a peaceful. Charming room nestled in the jungle, across the most fabulous white sand beach and the sea. Constructed with native materials, comfortable and fresh interior, local furniture, and amazing jungle views. We provide bath and beach towels, bottled water and some toiletries. Just a quick 2 min walk to Aura beach club, 1 min to Be Tulum.

This place has the best rooftop spot to see the sunset. We literally stayed there every day around sunset time to watch the 360 view. I wish I can share pictures.

Keyna was such a beautiful host. Always available. Her home was enormous & had so many personal touches. We went around the Christmas period & it felt like home. Housekeepers were extra sweet & always helpful & respectful. The neighborhood is a few blocks from Main Street. As a female I walked it alone and felt fine despite it getting quiet toward the end. Highly recommend.

the whole team was amazing from Nico on arrival, Faride when we wanted an excursion, to the guards and cleaners. parking was easy. the free access to the beach across the way was great. we stayed on ground floor and one Friday night and we could hear some other guests up late but all other nights were fine. anytime we had questions, Nico responded quickly. we appreciated that they allowed us to run the AC more often so our 1 year old could nap. room was cool and dark for naps. kitchen had what we needed to cook. make sure you grab groceries in town if you plan to cook. view on top was stunning. both pools were lovely. would stay again
