Condo holiday rentals in Tulum

The place was expected as shown in the photos. The place was a little secluded from the center but a 7Eleven and many good restaurants nearby. When we come back to Tulum, we will choose this place again

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

This place is great! Will definitely be back, everything was as described like the photos. Location is great and walking distance if you need a taxi the front can request you one super easy in under 5 mins. Security out front place is right next to the police station also. Pools are great and the hot tub doesn’t get hot at all but it’s nice to have.

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

We had the most incredible stay! this place is truly perfect for couples looking to relax and reconnect. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, everyone was so polite, the front desk was so helpful and nice! and The private cenote was absolutely magical!! It felt like our own little paradise. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect escape. Highly recommend for any couple looking for a unique and unforgettable getaway!

Amazing location! Beachfront and in an exclusive private beach. The bay waters are very calm so perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The unit is beautifully decorated and it’s very well equipped. The plunge pool in the large balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean was a great way to cool off without leaving the room. And the rooftops? Wow! The gym that overlooks the jungle and on the other side, a second large rooftop deck with a roof pool where you can see the most amazing sunsets, with ocean views of the entire bay. BBQ grill and pizza oven on the deck as well. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes on the main road, from Tulum town and the hotels beach area, away from the noise but a fast and easy ride to go enjoy a night in the town. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to coming back to this paradise!

it's a great place, well located for shopping and eating. there is absolutely no cell service so Google Earth your destination and start navigation before you leave the condo. nice pool. quiet and cool inside

I loved this casita in Tulum! It is well located, close to downtown and only a few minutes from the beach. The pool was clean and quiet. Inside Kevin's apartment, it was well maintained with everything you need to cook if you wanted. Kevin the host is quick to respond to messages and questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

Great place, especially for long term stays…it’s central air and you need to adjust periodically but easily my favorite building in Tulum with the best amenities. Thanks again!

Wonderful host, responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. Very thing was very clean the staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed taxis. within walking 10 minutes distance from a little shopping/ dining center. Definitely recommend and would book again.

It felt like the best of both worlds: relaxing and private, but just a short walk or ride to amazing local restaurants and shops. Every meal we had nearby was delicious—Tulum definitely knows how to impress with its food scene! The space was clean, well-designed, and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to checkout. What a gorgeous condo with an amazing swim-up pool. Everything about the condo and the amenities were beyond words. I highly recommend to stay here. the front desk crew are amazing with any help you need with taxis or recommendations. so many restaurants, supermarket all walking distance.

We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

the place was amazing, out of the hustle and busses enough to enjoy the jungle. 20 mi. walk to the main street. closer stores and shops there were only 5-10mi s walks. the host were very responsive, answered any questions we had, would definitely recommend.

Huge place, super clean and just over all great place to stay. I just left and im already thinking of booking it again lol. Only downside was the room was way too hot for me to sleep in even with AC but i think thats more of a Me/Weather issue than the airbnb its self. I just spent the whole week sleeping on the sofa bed which I didnt mind since its really big and comfy. Overall highly recommend 10/10!

EXCELLENT STAY. You will not be disappointed if peace and tranquility is what you desire. A little ride from location into town but the scooter makes all the difference.

Host gave great instructions and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely come back.

Paul is a fantastic host and a truly caring individual. He always checked in on us and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed which is exactly why we chose it. Honestly, it ranks in our top 3 best Airbnb experiences. We would’ve stayed longer if it hadn’t already been booked! The space is cozy. you’ll feel right at home. The bed is huge 😄 I loved waking up to the morning sun streaming through the windows and enjoying my coffee while journaling on the balcony. A great, peaceful experience overall.
