Brand new guest house with a fully stocked private kitchen and bathroom. Location 10 minutes by foot to Tulum center, 20 min to the best beaches in Tulum and 15 min to cenotes by bike. The house is located in quiet area, and closed to many restaurants. It is a good opportunity to spend the vacation for couples or singles. No parties allowed as neighborhood rules are strict in regards to respecting QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10 pm and 8 am.
