What a great place in a lovely neighborhood. La Valeta is so fun to walk through. My family felt safe and welcome. The hosts were immediately responsive and grilling on the roof terrace was spectacular!! Highly recommend.

The place is super cute, friendly and nice. It has very good space for 4 people in our case, very spacious beds and quite full rooms. Each room has its own, be it balcony, bathroom, closet, tele or even jacuzzi. The host is very attentive and I always answer our doubts, the same staff are all very friendly. The area is quite and full of foreigners, everything is very close by car, so it is a very good location. From the shared areas everything excellent, very nice and beautiful.

This is our second time staying at this same building, because we liked the location and access to swimming pool. It is clean and the host is responsive to our requests. The area is very quite within gated community. There is an elevator to use if you don’t feel climbing the stairs. It is 8 minutes drive to the main street and about or less than 15 minutes to the supermarket. There is housekeeping that came multiple times a week and changed towels .. etc. There is plenty of parking which is great. Overall it is a very good unit.

Great little spot to work and get away for a couple days. Santiago was wonderful and helped with a lot of little details. Highly recommend for a solo stay or with a friend/partner. 10/10!

The place is amazing, very clean and peaceful. We rented a scooter for 4 days, it’s easier to get around. Vincente, the guy that takes care of the property, is extremely kind and always there to help you with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Staying at Alejandro's apartment was awesome! We loved the private terrace and plunge pool. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick 12-minute bike ride to the beach, with tons of great restaurants, a convenience store, and local gourmet spots nearby. Alejandro and his team were super helpful, making everything easy. The apartment was really chill, perfect for our getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals. The bed was super comfy, with nice sheets for cozy nights. Plus, the shower had great pressure! The rooftop amenities—like the pool, yoga area, and spa for massages—made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Suited us well as 4 adults with plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. Close to Calle 7 with lots of nice places to eat and drink and 20 min walk to centro , we used the colectivos to get around as didn’t want to hire a car. We had a couple of small issues ( not Stephania’s fault) and communication was very good. The day time security man is a delight .

Very beautiful location right on the beach. The host was super-responsive and went above and beyond to assist us. Kindly allowed us to check-out late on the day of departure. Daily cleaning was a nice bonus. Great alternative to spending the big bucks on an all-inclusive resort.

The house was super super nice, washer and dryer a plus for us, pool we didnt use as to it being cold all the time, other than that great location and stay. Gabriela was super responsive and super helpful. We love tulum its our like 7 time coming!!!

This place is perfect! It's squeaky clean, quiet, comfortable and Maria is an excellent, super communicative host. The free breakfast and free bikes are a really nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay here. The Airbnb had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable as well. We really enjoyed the location - it is not really in downtown or "Centro" Tulum, but instead in La Valeta - this is an area populated by both locals and expats, filled with amazing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Seriously, the food everywhere was so excellent. We really loved being right next to La Consentida - this restaurant is just so fantastic. The staff were kind & patient, and the food was reasonably priced and of excellent quality. we found ourselves coming back every day. There is an ATM inside as well. There is an OXXO on the same block as the apartment, which is convenient for purchasing water, snacks, and light produce. there is a 7/11 a few blocks south, which has the same sort of stuff. We loved that the plunge pool was in the same space as the large pool, so we could rotate between as needed. the area is shaded and cool, a sanctuary from the heat.

we loved the space, it is very nice and very comfortable , the small pool in the patio uff phenomenal ,the pool of the complex we did not have the opportunity to get in but it is very nice and the whole very clean area is very spacious and if you are going to make use of the kitchen it is very well equipped, it is about 5 minutes the Chedraui and tmb is close to a super AKI , the area is very quiet and is 15 min from the beach and the hotel area so everything is actually nearby, we would come back 1000 times . thank you for your attention to Ireland and for keeping an eye out for us. see you soon 😎

Will definitely come back to stay again- was the best air bnb I’ve ever been to. Extremely peaceful and dreamy. The architecture is stunning. It was exactly like the photos and extremely clean. The management time was so kind and accommodating. The price was also very reasonable for what you are getting. I was so sad to have to leave and will definitely be back.

Good location, easy to find, parking on site, many local eateries nearby, restaurant on grounds, coffee/juice spot on location as well. Good communication, good amenities I used the spa area. Place was clean and just as described. I did find it to have a hotel room feel, it was spacious, but I use Airbnb for a more home like feel. Place was good for value.

We had a great stay at Paramar Terra. The unit worked really well for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 9 and under). The building pool was fantastic and most of the time we were the only ones using it. We also found the building to be secure and in a relatively easy area to drive. Accessing other services (grocery etc) nearby was easy. I would recommend having a car to get around and parking was a breeze. Thanks for a good stay.

this was one of our fav places to stay yet! exceeded expectations. the most unique, classy, zen spaces! the decor was amazing. the bedding was so comfortable. would highly recommend.

Absolutely 10/10! I’ve stayed in Tulum 5 times for 1-3 months at a time and these guys were AMAZING as hosts and the apartment was exactly like the photos. The WiFi was fast, very easy to find, super clean, walking distance to some restaurants, the beach is a 7 minute scooter ride away and downtown is the same. They were very accommodating and helped with any local recommendations I needed. I’ll 100% be staying with these hosts again and if you’re considering staying with them, this is the review to tell you to do so!

The place is fantastic but all in all felt I overpaid for it. That’s on me!!

This was a really nice place to meet with our adult children and their kids. The pool was a big hit (so was the small but well equipped gym for the adults). It is well away from the noise of downtown and the beach zone....so renting a car is highly suggested.
