Apartment was much bigger than in the photos! Amazing location. The roof pool was incredible.

Great place! Spacious and comfortable. We had the rooftop pool to ourselves the whole time! It was a bit hard to find at check in, I recommend leaving instructions that it’s right next to a popular breakfast cafe. Location is pretty good, but the area is still being developed, so there’s some construction. Be prepared to pay about $100 round trip if you’re taking a taxi to the beach. It’s more like a 35 min bike ride!

The place is very comfortable and looks exactly like the photos. However, I had some issues getting in. I recommend taking a taxi from the bus stop, as the road isn’t walkable with luggage. Also, this area has many new developments, making it hard to find using the address alone. Use Google Maps with the building name instead. The apartment itself was comfortable, with great amenities like a washing machine. There were a few hiccups, such as a temporary internet outage, which was inconvenient for me on that day. I appreciated the host’s responsiveness—they delivered a large water bottle to my apartment and offered bike rentals. While the bike wasn’t in great condition, it was usable. I ended up cutting my trip to Tulum short, but that had nothing to do with the apartment, which was a good and comfortable place to stay.

Booked Paula's place about 20 minutes before I arrived--that's how convenient it was to work with her. Awesome stay, no complaints. Also noteworthy: It's extra nice having a 24/7 7-11 right next door for snack access.

The place was really well equipped, everything you need for a good stay: KITCHEN: -Good equipped (practically what you need to cook anything) - Clean (no dirt) -With the necessary tools to be able to clean in case of spilling or wrapping something. BATHROOM -With the whole basic cleaning kit, you don't need to bring anything but your bath sponge, and special creams if used. - Clean, spacious and beautiful. ROOM - Wide, comfortable and clean bed. -The climate is functional and the whole room is cool. Oswaldo is very friendly and is approaching to solve anything he asks for. I would return, although to move from the place if or if you must go with a car, I rent a car with Hertz and have a very comfortable time. My date of visit was January 2025.

Daniel’s place was as described. Sitting out on the balcony and listening to the birds was great. The home was comfortable and the linens were soft and the beds afforded great sleep. Daniel was very responsive to questions when we had questions. The unit is third floor and not ADA accessible

Great experience in Tulum. House and property were very nice - roomy and clean and matched the pictures. The only drawback was the last 600 meters of the road to the house which is an adventure! Great responsiveness and very friendly hosts. Only 10-15 minutes from the beach or ruins and even closer to many restaurant and bar options...and of course you don't even need to leave the house with a well equipped kitchen, bbq and very cute outdoor bar!

Beautiful and fully equipped for a relaxing vacation. It’s spacious and immaculately clean due to the house managers Eric and Paola. They absolutely made the entire trip. They live at the front of the property, clean daily, bartend and cook delicious meals (recommend using them for most/all meals). They grocery shopped for us twice, provided laundry service and arrange an in-home massage (that is a must do). The meals they provide are close to white glove service, we were very impressed. Beds - comfortable, rooms - private/ spacious, bathrooms - perfectly clean, soft towels. I was concerned that the pool wasn’t ocean view, but we were so happy since it is blocked from the wind. Enjoy the pool and listen to the jungle sounds. The rooftop is amazing, saw many shooting stars and a total lunar eclipse. They have weights which we used on the upper balcony, overlooking the ocean. Do your research on the area and if you choose the location then this is the house you want.

Beautiful house in a nice neighbourhood in Tulum. We stayed with out 18 month old and felt very safe walking around the area, even at night. Nice restaurants nearby all within walking distance. The house itself was even better than the pictures. Rooms were spacious and clean and the house is in great condition, It was lovely sitting outside in the morning listening to the birds and wildlife in the lovely pool area. The house felt very safe, it has a large fence going around the property although we never felt like we needed it. The pool had a shallow kids area which was great for out 18 month old to play in or for us to sunbathe in while staying cool. I've stayed in a few AirBnB's before and this one is up there with the best. Only one downside was some of the establishments nearby can be a little noisy with their music playing late but it didn't bother us that much, the air con noise drowned it out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and would love to stay here again.

Such a perfect place for my family. The entire team at Mantaray was super helpful. Always there to help, so friendly and made amazing memories. The place is perfect for a family, ample space, great views and a great location in the bay.

The house it's spotless clean. Gated community, but most of the houses looked abandoned, empty, horn sale or beeing renovated.. Close to everything but.. With a car. Not walkable in my opinion. Pool very nice. The house it's very compact, small but cute living room, with very uncomfortable sofa to sit on. It's the only thing I didn't like about the house. Older people.. Should consider the stairs, a lot of them, and those with small kids, be aware. Beds and linen very god. Beautiful decorations, quality stuff, and very nice host. Easy to reach.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

Great place! Totally recommended! It was our little oasis in Tulum. You do need a car ideally, but we also rented bikes. It is a safe gated community, which is reassuring, Tulum being Tulum;) Lots of great design details and well equipped house. There is no sun on the garden/pool though, which is probably by design as there is lots of sun outside of your accommodation;) lovely beds as well, slept off our jetlag pretty well.

We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

We were super comfortable in this accommodation, good communication and attention from the beginning, we traveled with 10 members and we were all able to enjoy it, great place to rest and enjoy the pool, the accommodation is in a very good location, we will definitely return!

I had a fantastic stay at Adora in Tulum! The apartment was absolutely stunning, exactly as shown in the pictures, with great facilities that made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything was spotless, and the entire experience was as smooth as it could be. The team at Adora truly went above and beyond. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything—from booking taxis to arranging bike rentals. The host was equally amazing, assisting with airport shuttles and organizing incredible day tours to Bacalar and Chichén Itzá. Their hospitality made the trip even more special. I highly recommend Adora to anyone visiting Tulum—it's a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

Erika's excellent attention, always attentive

This was probably the best Air BnB I’ve ever rented. It was very well kept. Super clean, smelled great, and it had a fantastic coffee machine and a clothes streamer!!! The location was great. Right between town and the beach. The bikes were a great addition. It was easy to ride anywhere we wanted. Or walk down the street to numerous delicious restaurants. Our stay in Tulum was definitely enhanced by this place. The host Michael was wonderful and the little old man gate guard was so cute and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Although one friend chose to sleep on the couch one night because the couch was so comfortable!! There was a washer and dryer which came in handy. Two bathrooms which is always nice when travelling with multiple people. Loved, loved, loved this place. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
